Came a day before to get flar tire repair and a very nice gentleman helped me out and told me tire can still be repair and gave me an appointment for the next say so it won't take that long, came to the appointment and this guy Jaden started telling me that tire might blown on me I asked him if they can repair the tire and he said that he will look at it and he never did instead he upsell me tires 4 times when he was already told that I can't afford it for now, really bad experience.

Discount Tire is the best tire company out there, hands down! They have an amazing team that really cares. Dax is absolutely wonderful! He really helped me out when I was in a tight spot.

Let my wife drive away without putting air in the tire . Because of their policy and now she’s driving home without any air in her tire. I hope she doesn’t blow it out or cause other issues because of their unkindness to her.

Today was the first time I visited this place because of a wheel that had a nail and the service was excellent from the moment I entered the place! Very transparent with the service they provide, explaining the problems and the repair process that they will carry out to solve the problems! I highly recommend this place

I love discount as a whole. I really do. Last time they didn't work on my car at all while I left it there for 4 hours with an appointment. This time I had an appointment and they literally told me 35 minutes and then I found out they didn't check me in as a appointment so here I am almost here an hour and a half past my appointment. I'm disappointed to say the least. If it happens one more time I am going to corporate. This shouldn't happen everytime to me. Staff is friendly though and they always apologize.

I'm now a fan of businesses like this that do "price match". Costco has a better price so matching that isn't a service.

I refuse to go anywhere else. They have the best staff that educate you so you make the best decision for yourself. They do a lot of free stuff to help keep your tires lasting as long as possible and to keep you coming back. And it works. I just got a screw in my tire and they repaired it for free. I'm pretty sure they have the best prices on tires but I honestly don't care anymore. I haven't shopped around in a decade because even if they charge more I am OK paying it to support this type of company and the way that they do business.

I had a screw in one of my tires and they fixed it for free. I came in at about 11AM and they weren't busy at all so they started working on my tire right away and I was out of there in about 20 mins.

Got me in and out faster than I was told upfront thank you for over achieving for me today! Eduardo was helpful friendly and awesome! Thank you to the team for going above and beyond! This was done while the store was busy with a irrational customer that they bumped up in the line to appease them. Not only showing the care for me but for all the customers in the store.
