I sigh up for the book shelf this last weekened , i had spent three hours trying to figure out how to read the boosk and listen to the audios! Every time I did it just told me I need to get bhookshelf plus . There was NO help anywhere , no directions no nothing . They do not have a customer service that can help you after 5 pm ( when I get off work) I called the stores they just tell me you have to call them . This service is very much lacking in user friendly ad custoemr service! I very disapoingted! i canceld my subscription. I do not recoment sighing uop for book shelf plus
