The fact that this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the valley should be illegal. They close down the walk up indoors and make everyone wait in the drive through line. I sat for 30 minutes last night in a line 14 cars deep and they made it through 2 customers. There’s zero reason the line should move this slow if you’re only running the one window. The head pharmacist should be embarrassed of his entire crew.
Update: only to go back 12 hours later and be told the prescription isn’t ready and was “never called in” by the employee at the window. Her only solution was to talk to the instacare dr and tell them to send it again. I called in to clarify, 5 minutes after they sent my husband away, and the prescription was magically filled and ready to go. Only to have to hop back in a line of 8 cars to wait, again. An absolute joke.

Got to the pharmacy and it took over 30 minutes to get one filled. Only 2 people ahead of us, and over 3 pharmacists working there. Will not go here again.
Also the store is FILTHY carpet is in need of a good deep vacuuming as well as the shelves need cleaning I saw several splashes of I don't even know what probably soda not cleaned up and looking old. They need new management asap

Amelia deserves a raise. She is what customer service is about. I came off a 16 hour shift. The pharmacist just kept say I don’t know, come back later had no desire to help me after waiting for a 1 hour and 40 min and on hold 31 minutes the day before to make the appt because the computer system wasn’t working. Amelia was not taking no for an answer. She was determined to help me get a solution. She needs a raise and to be the manager. She cared more about helping than anyone in the store. She is an asset to your company. I wish more people had her work ethic.

This place is a joke. Nobody answers the phones, and on the occasion that they do, their attitude sucks. There is always at least a half hour wait and for a 24 hour pharmacy, they sure seem to close down a lot. Drive thru line usually wraps around the building.
Update: I sat on hold for 40 minutes and ended up driving over to the store only to wait in line for another 20 minutes while still on hold with them. The girl at the counter had a terrible attitude when I explained the situation to her. She told me she would have the prescription ready in 20 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes again, and when I got back to the counter, The gentleman there Stated that the girl I had talked to had not added the Prescription to the system to be filled. He took care of it right away. 5 stars to him, but everything else is absolutely a train wreck.

I usually get my prenatal vitamins here and this is the second time this happens to me! This vitamins are open and with a different product in it, this are pretty pricey! How’s this happening so often..

This store has gone to hell...nothing stocked...disgusting mess everywhere...crew doesn't know how to help...go anywhere else and you'll have a better experience...they have given up on customer service...I drive 20-30 minutes away a better company that still cares...Mold all over the cooler shelves...THIS LOCATION IS DISGUSTING STAY AWAY....You will get better customer service from a trash can..

Very bad experience, only one girl in the area to pick up the medicine and a huge line, people arrive without forming the line and she serves them, very bad experience

Never seen this before. All the product was dusty or expired, stuff just sitting for months. Probably going to go out of business soon.

I went in to get a prescription, and they had it ready within an hour, which was great timing. The staff at the pharmacy inside were very efficient. However, the drive-thru service is very slow. I appreciate that they are open 24 hours and are well-stocked with other items you might need. However, they need better management to improve the speed of the drive-thru. Additionally, the cashiering staff should be more professional and maintain a better appearance.

The pharmacy is drive up only one day then you have to go inside the next time. They are slow and some of them are rude. My disabled nephew's prescriptions are filled there. My brother walked there to pick them up and was told he had to walk home and get a medicaid card. This was not the first time his meds had been filled there. His insurance was on file so why did my brother have to walk home for his medicaid card. I know for certain that since they have his medicaid number on file all they had to do was make a phone call. The staff was just too lazy to do their jobs properly.

Constantly every month and I mean every month they say they run out of my medication say it will be in the next day or so then a week later I’m transferring my prescription to another CVs that says they don’t have that problem so I am now thinking they just don’t want to fill my prescription for whatever their reason is I am NO LONGER GOING TO BE going to this pharmacy it sucks when my insurance won’t allow me to go elsewhere but now I have to find a cvs even further from my house because of the games this used to never happen so it has to be because of new management I check and their is absolutely no shortage of my medications like they told me as well I should never run out of my prescription ever but thanks to CVS I do also they say they order it then change it to a 7 day prescription instead of 30 then charge me multiple copays it is a joke worst pharmacy out there only one pharmacist there is cool and is true only one I can get to get me my prescription but do t see him ever

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. They never have them ready and will always take an additional 30 min to fill it AND the last straw was getting home with medication for my sick child and it spilled all over the bag, not to mention that the syringe they gave me wasn’t sealed in any way. They are not professional they do not care about you or your medication. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Very helpful for a person who works late nights. Very hard-working pharmacists.

I understand they are busy but to be completely bypassed is very unacceptable! I had prescriptions sent over for my 2 kids and waited 1.5 hours before coming in and then waited in a long line finally get to the front of the line 2 hours after prescriptions sent over the lady tells me they are not ready yet and to take a seat 30 minutes later after the patient who was 2 behind us at the same clinic got her prescription and the lady who said mine were not ready helps get a few others ready for customers as she is helping them instead of putting them to the side like she did me. She finally asks me if i am waiting for something. So i sit another 15 minutes waiting while they start trying to get my prescriptions together, they call me up and still dont have them ready. It took me 1.5 hours in store and 3 hours total to get this filled.

We were looking for a cream that the page said was in stock at this place, but the staff doesn't know where it is. And they don't tell us where we can get it either, we simply have to find out for ourselves.
