Waited at window10 minutes before the took another 6 to determine insurance wouldn't cover it they took 2 more minutes to get me a price I said fine then they said we will have that ready in 29 minutes. Done with this location. Don't waste your time trying to get a prescription here.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are always packed because service is so slow. I am not sure if they are understaffed or just bad at their job.
I have also shown up a few minutes before their scheduled breaks and they have closed the window right on my face (did I mention I got there before their scheduled break).
If I were you I would avoid this Pharmacy or switch your medications to another company if you are already using them.

So, some of this may be on me, but I picked up what was supposed to be a prescription that lasted 3 months. I take 5 of these pills per day. I should have gotten 450 pills. Basic math dictates that is the proper amount. Instead, they filled a prescription for 150 pills...... but only gave me 50. I literally just paid for a 3 month prescription that will last me 10 days. This is all after they said they didn't have the medication all weekend and when I called today, they went... "Oh, hey. We actually have that." I just got 1/9 of what I paid for. I have always liked CVS, but getting basic prescription needs from this particular pharmacy is a bad joke. I'm super disappointed that something as simple as counting eludes the people we count on for crucial prescriptions.

As I’m writing this, I’m standing at the front waiting for an associate. Been here for 10 minutes. I could have walked out with all of my items if I wanted. This is crazy. I hope one of yall is reading this so I can get some help on register 1.
Update another 8 minutes later. I was helped, so confused.

I guess not everyone can be a morning person! And I understand but please be kind it's very uncomfortable specially coming off a double shift and having to deal with rude employees

The CVS pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with and not one is better than the other. This place is horrible I recommend going anywhere but CVS

They closed early and the older lady that worked there was extremely rude to me for showing up 10 minutes before close. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. No need to be upset at your customers for showing up within working hours

“Is not ready yet….” Their slogan. Don’t send your prescriptions here they never have prescriptions ready, even if you call and ask for them the day before. You go when they tell you they will be ready and you will still have to wait at least 30 more minutes.

Pharmacy is a joke. Doesn’t call you to let you know they don’t have stuff and then doesn’t follow the law when I present ID to them to pick up prescriptions. Would not give me my prescription with a valid photo ID.

I'm not confident in the sanitation of this place. Sharps container is full, trash is overflowing, soiled gloves are all over the floor.I can only imagine how bad the parts are I can't see.
