Finally! They are under new management! There is an excellent lady that speaks English. Her name is Viri. Spelled BD. She helped me and my wife get a phone and had no issues. She is there everyday in the morning till 3pm. Call in if you need help in a English.

I called for help no one spoke English. this not an exaggeration when asking for English speaking person i was told no help English. This is not listed as a Spanish only store and I would expect a business located in the USA to speak English unless otherwise stated on the sign or website. I have no problems with people speaking Spanish or shops that cater to Spanish only.
