“Got a loan super quick with very friendly staff but they neglected to say they were going to charge an extra $50 a month for an additional plan we didn't discuss. Now I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusted with their tactics and phone system.*Update* After days of phone tag, finally got someone to help me via email. Filled out the forms/docusign and voila I thought it was fixed. Next month's statement - Nope. Still getting charged. The several people I've talked to who said this was resolved were really nice. All the staff have been really nice. But after weeks of charging their client(s) for services they don't want, I have to downgrade to one star.**Update** Problem was solved after a 2-3 months. Up to 4 stars.”
