In all my years of going to Costco, I've never been greeted so kindly as I have been when Deno is at the door. He always has a smile and a friendly demeanor. His sweet short conversations are a highlight of my day. He is the best!!!

Costco is a membership required, bulk warehouse type store. They have a wide selection of items, from bulk food, tools, clothing, pharmacy, electronics, appliances, books, candy, gifts, toys, and many more. I love going to Costco! They always have a great selection of items at a great price. The quality of the items sold is always top tier, and if anything happens, they have a great return policy. They also have a fuel island with high quality gasoline. They do not sell diesel to my knowledge. This is a great place to buy groceries/items in bulk. Highly recommend!

Nonexistent customer service. They left a price tag on an item. I looked at it, and we picked it out. I told them, and an associate walking by said they'd honor it. And sweet, right the small discount wasn't the big issue i was buying it regardless. Wrong when I went to the register they got a manager the manager instantly ripped it off the item walked to the back and got another manager named Lee he came didn't greet us or introduce himself just said "you can buy the tag for that price". I just switched costcos been a customer for several years and he showed terrible customer service he said it loudly and proud about his A-hole comment Will never come to this costco I'll drive to the taylorsville one or cancle my membership and CC all together.

Always clean! Best place for Tillamook cheese, LaCroix water, spring mix greens, arugula, paper towels, Kleenex, TP and other grocery items. Great cat food and litter as well as dog food and treats! Best prices for prescriptions, too!

This gentleman is NOT suitable as an INSTRUCTOR. He is in a hurry for the next appointment (for the next 60 dollars). I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM.

Been coming to the wvc costco for awhile. Very disappointed in the service the last several times. Today 7/28/24 we were the only ones in self check out I had several large items. The two attendants both had scan guns were too busy talking to each other and watching me pick the items up scan them for the scale to tell meitems to heavy to be placed on scale.

Worst Costco we've ever been to, from now on we would rather drive to further locations. Like others commented before, this store is filled with poorly trained unprofessional super rude lazy staff working at the customer service desk,not sure what's wrong with the employees they hired for this specific location in WVC! It is rare cuz 98% Costco employees we met at all the other Costco stores were all professional, efficient, patient and sweet!
