My personal experience was very good I have a 1999 Pontiac firebird and it died on me did not know the problem I took it to the closest and affordable place I can go and Wasatch tire and auto service what is the closest and they gave me a good deal on everything and my car works good

Told us we were getting top of the line breaks and even charged us like they did! However these brakes are so squeaky and loud it’s insane! Go back to have them checked and they won’t even look at them. Absolutely ridiculous bad service and liars! Will never go there again! Thanks for stealing our money and doing an awful job!
Les Schwab will forever have my service and money now.

They are solid group! I can't appreciate them enough for being able to break down in GREAT detail what's going on with my car and the reccommendations on what should be prioritized. I will absolutely be going to them again to finish up the work and future projects.
Also, the option to be driven home if they know it will take awhile is so nice. I don't need to sit there anxiously waiting. It's a great service.

I really wanted to like these guys but I don't think they are honest. First I had an emissions test done and the wait time was ridiculous. than months later my husband had an oil change and his wait time was way too long for an oil change. I will stay with the guys on 3500 South off of 5600 West. I don't mind waiting if they are busy but when they are just wasting my time because they are visiting with friends that is upsetting. Also they said there were many issues with my car but I just had it looked at a few months ago by a shop that told me everything was good.

Their prices are 30-40% higher than the auto places just down the road. They took the time to educate me but they were pushy. The main guy was nice but the boss came out and talked down to me. I don't recommend this place.

Super disappointed at the experience I had at this business today. I came here for an oil change and tire rotation, and after a full inspection was told I needed new brake pads in the front, and was quoted $1400 for brake pads, rotors, brake flush and oil change. When I asked about pricing and said I didn’t know if I could do the maintenance today because of how much it was, they adjusted the quote to be with “cheaper parts” that might “change the warranty” and the new total was $803. I texted my brother who knows a lot more than me about cars and he told me to leave and go to les Schwab. I went to the one on 3500 S and was told I do need new brake pads and the cost would be $350-$600ish depending on the rotors. Once they took off the brake pads and could see the rotors, they said they were in good shape and I ended up paying $350. $1000+ difference than what I was quoted at this business. Very disappointed, and will never come here again.

I have purchased tires for two vehicles here. Have always been friendly, fast and very helpful.
Friday my daughter had a flat tire. I helped her change it and headed for the tire shop in rush hour traffic and they were closing soon.
I arrived and they were pleasant, helpful and got the tire fixed fast. Even though they were closing soon.
This was a great help and I appreciated them getting the tire done, so my daughter could use the car for work Saturday morning.
