They charged me 250$ to calibrate the windshield but they don’t know how to calibrate.

I have a new car and I noticed it had a rock chip in the windshield I figured I would get it fixed so I went to these guys and they told me it has already been fixed. although whoever fixed it before did not do a good job trying to fix it again would probably cause more damage than good. he was upfront and honest with me and did not charge me for their time they are great and I would highly recommend them to repair a windshield.

I had a wonderful experience with Valley Glass. They got my glass for my Toyota Echo ordered ahead of time, when I couldn't find ANYONE in the city or otherwise to even order it! They greated me with Professional curiosity and when it was all over they saved me money too. Thank you Valley Glass for all you did.

Very nice people and quick fix. Took our car in for a rock chip repair. Cost $50 which seems fair

Poor service at this particular location and they lost my window for a bit so it took even longer than expected. The glass was good so at least the product once done was good and my house now has a window again.

Needed a special size mirror cut. The did a great job. Even smoothed all the edges so it was not dangerous to handle.

Dropped in because I got a rock chip in my three-month old car and they were close to my office in West Valley. Very nice woman at the desk immediately had someone go look at it. He came and asked for my keys and was done in probably 5 minutes. Was the cheapest, quickest and best rock chip repair I've had. Would definitely recommend and will go back for any other glass-related issues. Nice to see there are still great companies with quality people and fantastic customer service.

I called to get an estimate and got sent to different numbers because they were short staffed (which happens from time to time for any business). I gave themMeasurements and got a quote and set up an appointment for the technician to come repair our sliding glass door. No one showed. Two hours after the scheduled appointment, I called the office only to find out that the technician was on a big job that was taking longer than usual to complete. I was asked if it was ok to reschedule. We rescheduled and the technician showed up as scheduled where he proceeded to take measurements. Once he was done measuring, he headed towards the door saying he would get an estimate to me the next day and left. It’s been over three weeks, no response no repair.
