my phone after getting one of my iPhone 13 max back cameras… the camera would shake but I dropped my phone so I assumed maybe it was just trippin out lol but then i kept getting an error message , checked my setting & this is what it says…
They installed a fake/incompatible camera .
would have posted this sooner but I happened ftp be in the area when I went to this shop bc I googled iPhone repair near me & that popped up- soo, I had forgotten the name of the place.
But I found it. The guy who fixed it for me is the owner (thats what he told me)
Looking at their reviews, I’m not the first they install fake parts on & charge more than $150. That’s FRAUD!!!

I thought everything was great until it wasn’t. I cracked the back of my glass due to an aggressive keep in mind aggressive drop happened. You know things like this happen. I brought my phone in to be fixed and a whole $220 I didn’t really have but needed it fixed. and it looked good until when I turned it on there’s a green dot that is still there and won’t go away. It’s a part of the screen now. After I got it fixed, I put A much better case to protect it and just from a small fall, the glass cracked again. The first fall, I understood why it cracked because it was aggressive. It hit a wall and then fell on the floor. I completely get that it was bound to break. But this next fall that happened was not from a high height. It was from like knee down and keep in mind I’m only 5’6. The glass broke again so it makes me Wonder if they’re actually using a good quality $220. Plus on their website all they have are Five star reviews on Google it’s a mix soo keep this in mind I will not be getting my phone fixed from them again.

I highly recommend. The location is convenient. The manager/employee was confident and professional. Price and time for product and labor was reasonable to get my phone screen entirely replaced.

Amazing place. Love how fast the service was and they were also so kind not only that but I went to fix 2 phones battery and screen replacement and he even included me a free screen protector!

I purchased cell phone case for my wife. At the time of purchase I asked if I could return it if my wife didn't like. The store manager told me yes, I could return it. He mentioned no caveats. I tried to return the case today. I was told it was it was against store policy to return items after 7 days.
