Worst pawn shop ever every time I come here to buy or sell they low ball me or are rude and snuuty the staff is very unprofessional and merchandise is proposed way to high for most things maybe a deal rarely that they probably stole from some poor soul

Two people at the counter
I was never even asked if I needed help looking at fire arms but they were quick to advise me that I couldn’t take a phone call while browsing the gun section.I Felt profiled today which leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this business which I have done a lot of business with. To the people working the counter, American citizens come in all colors don’t assume, inform yourselves instead

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company, I actually had put an item in layaway and I had giving them a bit more than the 10%the requested, so when the next month would come I would just take it out because my son was going to get it if he would get in to the honor roll which he did. So when I when to pay it turned out that the item had already been sold and that because I didn't showed up "I forfeit the money I had given" not just the 10% this is just a quick scam from this business, they didn't even call to remind, they just take. Can someone share a contract with me so I can see if don't get all my money or just the 10%?

And have had it in before . The person tested it again and said was not real. Handed it back to me and it broke. Never told me it would break. She said after the fact it would break . More information should be given when it's being tested

Came in looking for a firearm I couldn’t find in several gunstores/pawnshops. They had several options of exactly what I was looking for and much more. Overall a really positive experience, everyone was nice. Id recommend

Guess the fat female, what i can only imagine is the manager doesn't like business. It's ok there are literally a thousond other places. From the reviews i guess it's a blessing that she is not very intelegent.

Cash America pawn on 7200 West 3500 South magna Utah this is definitely the worst pawn shop I've ever been you have to give it a star in order to write a complaint that's stupid as well I would definitely give no stars to the store their customer service is horrible I definitely think the good reviews are fake I am so glad I didn't have to communicate with the manager as I was in the store three other people had problems with the staff it was crazy

I pawned my switch here and when I got it out it was broken. It looks like they dropped it and of course didn’t say anything to my husband when he picked it up. I had to pawn it to pay for groceries and now I get to try to figure out how to buy a new controller that I can’t afford…

Can't really say anything bad about them. Follow your agreement you signed when you took the money. And get your stuff back. Don't follow and you loose it. Real simple.. staff is professional but nice.. best one I ever dealt with
