This is the ONLY bath and body works n salt lake that makes you put your shopping bags behind the counter. Cottonwood heights, jordan landing, south jordan etc do NOT insist that you have to put your shopping bags behind the counter. Who knows if a store associate will steal your stuff? Customer service was abrupt and not courteous to customers. Check with bath and body works corporate to make sure your following corporate company policy!

One of my absolute favorite stores. I can definitely go broke here. They have something for everyone. And I love that they are getting into everything to cover you from head to toe. I wish they had some other kind of air freshener that doesn't need to be plugged in or lit.

My wife loves this place. we come at least 3 to 4 times a year we get great sales great service they have great scents. It truly is a bargain and a luxury at the same time with a lot of class and again harmony of scents they know what they do.

The products were not up to date with the other stores stuff and 5 of the things I bought was used already. its either there were finger prints in the body butter or a giant show of "used" in the body scrubs/ tubes. it was unacceptable and I paid a lot for it. It isn't fair that people can just rummage their dirty hands in something they dont even own which could be bought by someone else. It's unsanitary, and probably one of the most rude things to do in a body product store. The only thing that was good about the place was the cashier. I expected more and honestly thought that whoever did it would've had atleast 5 braincells about what's acceptable in a bath & body works store.
