Avoid this location at all costs. The male manager tried to under pay me for a refund at one point. The employees are unprofessional and clearly are unhappy working there.

They need to do their inventory more. Went to three different stores that were supposed to have a battery in stock and they didn't have it.

Went to the store today 2/7 around 350pm to get a headlight for my car. I was the only customer at the store and there were two employees talking on a counter when I got there. I asked one employee if he could help me find the right headlight for my car and he said “you’ll need H11 and you can find it on aisle 2”. I went to look for it because he didn’t even offer to help me find it. I come to the counter to pay and I asked if he would be able to help me out replacing it. Other autozone stores always help me locate the parts and help replacing the parts. The employee said “no, I can’t because it’s only two of us here and I can’t leave the store “. My car was practically parked by the entrance. No one else (customers) were there. I left the store without the headlight.I aways have great service at the Kearns, South Jordan and Herriman locations even if they’re busy. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Holly, the assistant manager was extremely helpful. Along with that, she had the best personality. More than willing to help. She helped tighten my windshield wipers free of charge. Thank you Holly for providing a fabulous experience!

Wrong part twice now the part doesn't exist so waisted 2 + hours the staff doesn't have a clue and break your hold button on your phone 45 minutes 3 times total today just trying to see if you had it but needed parts tonight i go to your store 2 people on lunch one on break at 2 pm i will not be back to any autozone in the future

I went into AutoZone off of 4100 s and on 5600 w today to get some oil for my car and met Linda after I discovered the oil container I grabbed was leaking. In fact this container of oil, as turns out, was the culprit for the oil slick that had leaked onto and down the shelving unit and into a puddle on the floor. I ended up with oily hands as a result. I sought some help from an employee and Linda came to my rescue by taking the container from me, replacing it with a magic rag for my hands and a new container of oil. At the register she made sure I got the best deal by upselling me to the special of getting an oil filter along with my oil purchase. I asked her if by chance she knew of a good mechanic anywhere and she quickly referred me to a mechanic that she knew that just so happened to be in the store at the same time as me! She has a bright persona with a warm and welcoming smile to match! She made sure that I was well taken care of and I left the establishment a happier man than when I walked in! I give Linda 5 stars for her amazing customer service and I look forward to the next time I patronize this AutoZone location!
