“Purchasing a vehicle is not like it use to be. There are many more carry overs from one loan to the next loan. Due to the vehicle trade in value and what you might still owe on your current loan. If you can sell it on your own you'll get more for your vehicle. Kids are more interested in the vehicles and the monthly payments.Not about the most important parts the price of the vehicle, interest rates, insurance, warranty, any known issues with the vehicle etc. No matter how much you try and educate them. It's shiny and new. At the end of the purchase it wasn't what I thought we agreed too but Zeid was amazing we came across a couple of misunderstandings and he explained everything clearly and truthfully. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood why things happened the way they did. We had some minor issues. He took care of all of them. The salesmen were very nice. Make sure you give yourself time to post a review so you can truly go over everything you experienced. There are people that read them and want to know what you truly went through. So they know what to expect.”
“my front bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. i loved that valley collision had a way to request an estimate all online. the first estimate i got was about $1,800 but I had another estimate from a different shop for about $950. Valley collision offered to match it but actually beat that estimate! I ended up paying just under $900. my interior was also cleaner than when I dropped it off, which is really saying something because my car was covered in dog hair. they were very professional and did a great job!”

“When I was an E-2 at Pope AFB years ago, There was a shop outside the main gate, littered with decaying bugs and buses. It was run by an old (to me) mechanic that was a bit abrasive whom you never dared ask when your car would be done. He seemed to run off of camels and coffee and always had 12 projects going. If he liked you, you would sometimes get a gruff sentence "Your missing a headlight ring, you maybe could find one out there" (nodding to the yard of rusting cars without looking up from the workbench). You didn't say anything, didn't even dare thank him, you just got your part. It was never on the bill, which always came in a bit under the estimate. Wayne, not so old to me now, is much nicer than Bob, but he knows VW's inside and out. He does great work, keeps you updated along the way. Took in a 1967 bug, my first VW in 23 years and he fabricated a part for the air cleaner that helped it draw in colder air. You wont find that part in any catalog, but it cured my problem and I can say that I am one of the few bugs on the road with a Cold Air Intake! Only place I will take my car from now on. Got a hand written receipt too, which is exactly as it should be..... Highly Recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance”
