“As I was shopping at the district in South Jordan, my card got declined. I gave my branch a call and they told me it was deactivated due to “fraud”. I had left my wallet at my friends house the night before, so I rushed to get my wallet and head to this branch (since it was the closest to his house) before they closed. I gave this branch a call and Danielle was able to issue me a temporary card and stayed a couple minutes after close to give it to me! How amazing. Thank you so much. Without you, I would’ve been money-less throughout the weekend.”

“This isn't my normal branch I go to because of the difficulty getting back on 41 so. Today I went with my husband to deposit a check through ATM \\u0026 it was about 610p. In the middle of our transaction after inserting card \\u0026 check the ATM machine shut down. I was so frustrated not knowing if it would disperse my husband's card if we drove away plus there was a line of vehicles behind us waiting to use machine. The bank doors were locked because it was after 6p but there were customers inside. I knocked on the bank door \\u0026 a gentleman gave me the hold on finger. After a couple minutes he unlocked door to help me \\u0026 I explained my situation. He assisted me quickly \\u0026 was very kind. I don't remember his name but thank you so much for your help! I've been a member w America 1st since 1998 \\u0026 his customer service was the best by far thank you!”
