This is the 2nd time I have put a check in the night deposit box and it wasn't allocated to my checking account. The first time they put it to my vehicle loan. This time it just isn't there. If they aren't offering this service anymore, they need to let their members know.

While the line keeps growing you have 4 employees tucked away in the branch manager office made of glass walls. This location was not very attentive and had only 2 employees actually helping. The customer/member should be your number one priority. The person who helped me was nice, at least.

Need better communication among loan advisors. Especially when it pertains to a deceased loved one. Was told on a Saturday I’d get a call Monday. Monday thru Wednesday I’m the one that’s calling to follow up. Finally Thursday I get my deposit randomly. I wanted clear communication like I was told I was going to get. Thanks for your help, but do better please. ?

Mortgage department is not helpful at all and not on the same page with branch bankers. Advised a fee would be waived only to get late charges. Mortgage dept. know its hard to refinance with these rates so they treat you how they want. Very bad experience with multiple branch workers that could have saved me time and money. Very disappointed!

Terrible communication. Been emailing and calling and went over a month trying to get my title back till I finally got a response. Meanwhile they just had it sitting at their branch. Didn't end up going through with a loan with them. Unprofessional and incompetent.

I had an issue since my mail box was broken in. I live in West Jordan but I bank wherever due to my job. Anyway, first thing is "It looks like your address is wrong" Thanks Post Office. It's not wrong. Anyway the woman at this branch finally fixed it in their system. I am pretty sure she was a branch manager (West Valley on 3500 S). But thank you for taking 5 minutes to fix the issue on my account. This is why I bank at AFCU.
