Hilariously short and bald teller had a flippant attitude and wasn’t even able to help me. All the customer requests you deny won’t help you grow another inch or two anywhere buddy ??
I went to another branch and got my cashier’s check cancelled without any fuss or attitude. To my fellow customers: simply go to another branch if they don’t want to help you here!

I have been a member for 10+ years with multiple different accounts. I deposit a check every week that's $4k+ and the manager at this branch decides to not help me and proceeds to tell me that they need to put a five day hold on it b3cause of the amount. That check also pays my payroll... I explained that I've never had a problem before and that my employees need to be paid from that check, they did not even care nor seem to want to help in any way. Thanks ? I went to a branch near by and they didn't skip a beat and I had absolutely no problems or concerns with said check. I DO NOT recommend this branch. Give som3one a little bit of power and... well, you knownthe rest!

Went there to deactivate the Overdraft Service, clerk told me it was done.
Fast forward a couple weeks I got an Overdraft Fee because my card went over $1.
Thanks AFCU! Of course it’s so convenient to me to pay you $25 because you lend me $1 to save me the “inconvenience” of my card being rejected and try a different one… how nice of you guys.
Their Overdraft Service is just straight up stealing trying to be disguised as a service, which doesn’t take long to figure out that it’s just them stealing money from you.

DONT DEPOSIT AT THE ATM! I tried depositing money into my account and they stole $220of my cash, then they told me I had to wait a week to see if I can even get my money back.

If I can give it no star I would!!I sold my car to someone who got a loan with this bank a month ago they still haven’t paid my loan off like they said they did I been going wasting my time driving to the telling them I need that paid asap! That car was sold feb 13 and my loan is not paid off payment of that car coming up! All they said give us 24 hours to track the check and get back to me and I never heard an update in the morning like they said they would I had to come again to the bank tell them what’s going on why can’t the cancel that check and write a new one made me wait another day ! For them to barely start investigating where the check wasI have late fees now on the loan which should of been paid off a month ago ! I wasted my time showing up 3 times and they ain’t even my bank !!!I don’t have them as my bank be going looking for them to get there job done if it wasn’t for me noticing it they would NEVER!!! paid my loan off I don’t even have the car anymoreWorst experience and service

This location's staff members have always been very friendly/kind and professional to me. I've been banking there for over 2yrs now or more. So I would recommend this credit union to anyone who is in need of a good bank/credit union, for their banking needs! no complaints at all.

I opened a account (Friday) they said they could print me debit card that day. Turns out they couldn’t their machine broke, told me to come back the next day so I did. Tried printing it again. Well Somehow that “blocked” my account. (Saturday) now telling me to come back Monday. Y’all block my account Because of y’all’s own doing but you can’t undo it???? Shocked rn ? highly dissatisfied and I’ve only had the account for mere hours.UPDATE: came back Monday still can’t help me. Still can’t unblock my account that they blocked!!!! Can’t print me a card as long as it’s blocked and no one offers any solution.WEEK LATER STILL WAITING FOR A CARD. No way to call local branches or find someone who cares!

When I left Wells Fango, I thought they would give me better treatment but the service from those who work in the back at the loans was terrible. I give them one star only because of the tellers. If they are kind, they approved me for a card and 2 weeks ago they can't help me. and if you have an appointment they leave you waiting until they are given their free will and the worst thing is that they are Hispanic.
