Nacho installed a 12inch sub on my 19 civic and did a very good job but later discovered he made a mistake and when I called him to fix it he came to where I was located and fixed it he’s a man of his word and nothing beats that! Even had cheap installation fee with a good warranty on the amp I got from him. He seems to be a one man crew so don't be upset if he doesn’t have time for you, the ladies working at his store were very polite and helpful 10/10 will be coming back to nacho if ever needed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went in to get my Mazda 3 a new screen replacement which he installed completely wrong he took away one of my safety features backup camera no longer works the steering wheel control does not function with the screen either when I brought it to his attention he totally dismissed me and said it’s not his problem denied me from a refund as-well. Horrible Customer Service.

really good service. got work done for my 2013 Chevy Tahoe and was only charged a little for the installation. To put in four speakers I was only charged $80 which is really cheap considering I went somewhere else and they told me they would charge me $300 to put in four locker speakers. at least with América Audio they give you a year warranty.

Called to get a quote, the guys was extremely rude and said they were closed an hour before they close, then proceeded to hang up on me. Based off your costumer service and your lack of knowledge as to what I was asking I will not be doing business with such a trashy “company”

I took my expedition together stereo install and the guy took 257 on parts and labour my backup camera does not work The steering wheel does not control the stereo Change songs or turn off the volume I told the guy what I wanted before he even star And he say yeah I can do that When he wasn't able to Fix the stereo Hey send me to somebody else I feel like I got take a banish of it M he charged me a lot for not fixing what I wanted I will not recommend this place to nobody

Great customer service, this installer is very professional. The workers are very nice. I got a stereo at America Audio about a month ago and it’s still holding strong . The sound is nice and smooth . The prices are exceptional and cheap . Truthfully I’d go back there again . Before I found out about that place I used to go to audio 1 one . Their customer service wasn’t good and I ended up buying things I didn’t need but they told me I needed . Over all America Audio is a good place to buy stereos ect.
