My significant other took his Jeep to this shop for repair. There is NOTHING advanced about this shop other than their ways to scheme money out of you. He was charged almost $200 for a diagnostic when he already ran and cleared the codes himself, let them know what code it was and what exactly he wanted replaced and even left the code printout in the car. Took them 2 full days to change some sparkplugs and an ignition coil. Go somewhere else.
After a day a half not only does it still start up rough, now multiple cylinders are misfiring after they got done with it. He took it back so they could make it right and the MANAGER refused to fix it because our Google review hurt his feelings (his words not ours) and instead of trying to improve the experience and get a better review, he stood his ground even though the work was obviously not done. Incredibly unprofessional and his car still doesn't work. Nothing but a bunch of boorish swindlers!

We took our car in due to low coolant. They did the diagnostic work and told me that they could get it done within the day. They wouldn't go the extra mile to honor a limited lifetime part warranty on a radiator that was done at a different shop. We couldn't drive the car to the other shop to get the work done so we were stuck paying for the new radiator also. They didn't absorb the diagnostic fee like most shops do (mind you the diagnostic would have taken 15 mins at the most). I asked them to replace the thermostat at the same time since the car would be taken apart he agreed but wasn't clear they would still charge the full labor on the additional job. When I called they did process a refund for part of the labor for the additional job. The work they did was quick but I don't know if I would take the car back there again.

My first experience here was not good. Garrett is the manager here. He is very good at making up theory to make anyone who is naive or new to vehicle issues spend more money... scam exposed! Try going to any automatic repair shop and act like you don't know anything about the vehicle. If you want an honest and trustworthy mechanic, avoid Garrett!

I was on my way to my Dr appointment and then the check engine light started flashing in my car. It started to shake and I pulled into a driveway and then I realized that I had pulled into Advance Service. Garrett explained that he could look at it later in the day and arranged for Jessica to drive me home. On the way home I asked Jessica if she could take to instacare instead which was close to my house as I was sick and needed medical attention. She happily agreed and dropped me off. Garrett was able to repair my car but I couldn't pick it up that night. The next day Garrett arranged for Jessica to pick me up and take me back to the shop. I was treated with compassion and the amount quoted was what I was billed. Extremely satisfied with the care that they provided for me and my car Ben.

I won't go back. Went in needing a new window motor put in on the passenger side after having another company put it in. They blamed the previous person who had repaired it and charged us for another motor.
