I have been buying from action rent for a few years now and before me my parants were cliants of theres They have always done me right I have rented from other plances in the past and was never happy These people at action rent are the best They work with you when you have a hardship and are very kind everytime you talk to them I am going to be a life long cliant they have got my business I will never go else where Thanks Action for being the honest people that you are

This fraudulent business needs to be shut down. My monthly payment is 246 and change. I pay 280 a month, 70 each week. Action Rent to Own has only applied 57 a week and pocketing the remainder of the 70 I've been paying. This place only rips people off. I highly recommend shopping else where. The employees are rude, arrogant and just down right nasty people!! Action doesn't deserve one star but in order to post a review one must pick at least one star!! Zero star rating in my book!! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Came across this location when I first moved to Utah, met Misty who was wonderful. She helped us find great couches and we’ve had them every since. Misty and her team have always been super helpful and would go back for other items! :)

Several years ago, me and an ex came to get a small loan from this establishment however, we were denied! There was another loan place next-door so we went to them to try to get a loan with them. I had my car parked in front of their building, so decided to move it and when doing so threw out some trash in the parking lot ( shared by many businesses not just theirs) They seen this and got mad about it and proceeded to charge my ex at the time $180 in the form of an illegal loan to her account. We were only made aware of this when we went to the next loan place, and was also denied, and when asked why was shown that we had a Lone with them! They illegally forced paperwork or whatever they did by putting that $180 loan on my ex, and it wasn’t even them who threw the trash out it was me!

I do not recommend action rent to own they do not care about your life all they care about is getting their money that you owe them they don't care if you're moving or you've had a baby or anything like that all they want is their money they're not very good with customer service they will treat you like crap

This place is amazing. Friendly, convenient, clean, affordable and customer service is present. If going for a loan they are quick and professional and kind as well as work to get the loan approved. The rent to own portion has many options and affordable rates.
