They said my phone would be ready by noon. Maybe sooner.
I returned multiple times after multiple promises. They wouldn't give it back. It was finished and ready and, I had paid in advance. But they were having communication issues with Samsung. Not my problem. I'm widowed with nine kids. A couple special needs. I can't be without a phone. I finally just physically took it away from them and communicated with my kids from inside the store while they suddenly realized the urgency and became proactive to finally fix it.
And they were total jerks the whole time.

I got a charging port replaced, and the tech was dismissive of my concerns about the back glass being somewhat messed up (inside foil folded) and the sides bowing open. Also, there was adhesive smeared around the sides in several places. A pretty sloppy job but functional so, 3 stars.
Edit: the owner in his comment mentioned the age of the phone as a factor. That's nonsense, as I just had the back glass replaced a month ago at another shop, and my phone never sits in high heat.

Went to their new location in Midvale to fix the screen on my son's iPhone. They were reccomended by another iPhone repair place as the place to go if others can't fix your phone. The phone screen was smashed and the phone was dead, they fixed it good as new in one hour! Prompt professional service, fair price. Owner was very professional. I'm glad I found this place.

The owner is hardworking and gives you great prices and advice. I would highly recommend him as a cellphone repair man. I also asked about his cellphone prices, and he quoted me hundreds of dollars than any other major cellphone carrier prices. 10/10 would recommend his services.

Dropped in to ask about a broken phone. Their employee had great advice and talked through options - what may fix the phone which we had bought a replacement screen from a different vendor. Even though we didn't buy from Action Link, their service was great.

I wanted to give zero star I came here to this place thought he will help with my iPhone 13 Pro Max but for me to let him go through my phone cost $75 dollar okay I paid the price and let him check and after week I go back for nothing was done I go in and he said if I had to fix this phone it will cost $1,000 to fix it can you believe it so I was like ohhhhh ???? And you know what he was about to kept my phone he thought I don’t need them anymore he said he will recycle my iPhone 13 Pro Max I ain’t dumb so I said I’ll kept my phone after a very long time I sell that broken phone for $500 without fixing anything. Other people know how to fix it instead of me
