Customer service is horrible! At the location 4700 s 5600 w Kearns UT.So one of my items wasn’t ringing up so the cashier TAB just added a random price $1 over the actual cost so I I let her know the actual price (thank goodness I paid attention) and jokingly said so we guess prices now when they don’t ring up, well TAB didn’t like my joke and returned with the harshest attitude. It’s fine if she thought the price was something else but there is a way to speak to people and that was not it. Not to mention she didn’t even ask if I saw the actual price she just entered something random without letting me know. Needless to say I said excuse me at the rude attitude and told her she could keep the rest of my purchase and I proceeded to leave taking note of her name TAB in which she said yeah go ahead and complain. Obviously I’m not the first, what are we doing with customer service training anymore? I get it people are tired overworked and stressed but that doesn’t mean take it out on people. Anyhow I’ve heard multiple stories about this cashier in particular and her harshness better than everyone else attitude as well as others of the mature state who work there all being the same. 7-11 management I hope you take this serious as your store is nice on the outside but the inside that’s another story.

Of all the 7-Eleven's, this one is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are never just standing around, but constantly in motion getting things taken care of. The coffee is always fresh and tasty.

Cashier named Harmony was very rude to a customer who was asking a simple question. The customer asked how much a small fountain drink was and Harmony yelled out HUH!!! I don’t know!!! Throwing her hands in the air in a rude way then the customer was speechless and then Harmony yelled $1.17!!! The customer was with her kids and It made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the lady and the kids she was with who had to witness their mother being yelled at for asking a question. You shouldn’t be treated that way when you go to buy from any business. That was just awful she needs to be more professional. The customer did not do anything wrong to be treated that way.

Some old chick with red hair that works there on the night shift blatantly lied to my face about them taking prepaid card payments after 10 PM. Which I know is inaccurate because 2 days ago I went and put money on the card at 2 AM at that exact location, and was just fine. So she's just lazy and doesn't want to do her job and maybe needs to find a new one if she wants to be a lazy lying person.

One of the workers here, Harmony, messed up a transaction with my little sister, so I lost out on 1000 points. It would have been perfectly fine, it’s only points, if she didn’t chase my sister away like she was there trying to steal something. Also, when I went to fix things with Harmony to clear up the confusion, she just kept brushing me off trying to make seem like it was my sisters fault even though Harmony took the phone and made the transaction herself. Overall, it’s a great store, just poor service from Harmony’s end.

I got here for their sarracha(sp) chicken on a skewer. It is so good and moist. Yes...believe it or not....it is amazing. 8 pieces for$3. Amazing

I love this place so close and very nice employees. there was only one thing one guy dose not know how to run register and i ended up having to go somewhere else so i try to go at night when the nigbt3 people are there and know what there doing young black man needs a lil more training on cashier

The store itself was fine but the cashier didn't seem to know what he was doing. Nice enough person but not trained very well on the cash register/ computer.
