Spent $200 on flowers and female employee overcharged us for a couple of glasses more than twice as much as they were listed because she was too lazy to go back and price check it or look it up. She insisted that I run back in 4 inch heels to check the price or leave without them and made rude assumptions about me verbally. I did nothing to warrant this. Literally was so nice and they treated us like scum for no reason. We will never come back and spend money here again.

I’m gonna give 2 stars and my reviewis based mostly off employee interaction and attentiveness to products they are intended to make sure the consumers are trying to purchase and conceive. The main reason behind my low rating is because, almost every time I’ve decided to go through a checkpoint where I have an employee bag my items and check me out. I have ended up coming home and realize item are missing. I let it go past my shoulder when I decide to buy quite a few items and realize something minimal is missing. However when I spend over $200-300 and I’m missing an item or two that accumulates a good piece of that cost it become irritating or disappointing.Employees should be trained to make sure that the products your consumers are purchasing are either being accurately bagged or if there is an issue with the product it is shown to be known to the person purchasing the product that there is either an issue with it or it is damaged.I personally have had an issue with this. And it’s making me have to rely on self checking out. And it’s not something a person wants to do when they have over $300 of groceries and rely on the the establishment to perform the service accurately like they are supposed to do.I’m not upset. However I’m a firm Believer if you are working or taking care of a position where your help is needed or paid for, you are 100% reliable to make sure that the services are accurate and performed the way they are intended for us to have as a consumer.

This location sets miscellaneous items like receipt paper and gloves into your custom ordered cake. They’ve been reported to the health department and need to take accountability.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They didn't have what I wanted but I still left with a good feeling.
