I have always received great customer service from the employees at Horizon CU, but today I had the most amazing customer service experience ever.Alexis C is seriously amazing! Friendly staff, so far I have had no issues with Horizon Credit Union. I just applied for a balance transfer and everything went smoothly, everything was done electronically so even if you work or can't go in person, it's not a problem. Highly recommend.

They are friendly and down to earth! I really like the app too especially after it was updated. It wasn’t the most seem-less experience to link my business account to some financial services but it was my first time and could have been user error!
