If I could give it 0 stars I would. Got my haircut by the manager Jacki, left thinking it looked good. When I got home I noticed there were a few pieces that weren’t blended or cut straight. When I went back in hoping she could fix it up for me, she wasn’t listening to what I was saying and said I did something to my hair after I left because it looked perfect before. She had accused me of cutting my own hair and said she couldn’t do anything to fix it. She was very rude about it, as I was leaving I heard her say to another stylist there that she was glad I’m never coming back because I was just too difficult. Not a great experience, will never go back there again.

I have taken my daughter's to this location twice and both times their haircuts have not been great. My one daughter has long straight hair and both times the cut has been uneven and had to be fixed. My other daughter has curly hair and when I asked the stylist to just even out the back she cut blunt bangs into her hair without asking if she had bangs to begin with. Hair ending up looking like a really bad 80s mullet. When I went back to speak to the manager instead of an apology all I got was excuses and told it was just the way my daughters hair is. I will never go back to this location for a haircut ever again.

Awesome staff. There was a very difficult customer and the staff handled the situation so well and were a great example for my kids who saw the entire interaction. Thanks, ladies!!

The stylists are all super nice, and listen to your requests. Decent prices, always clean, comfortable for kids cuts.

Check in online,15 min wait. Got to location, said 10 minutes wait. Waited 40 minutes to be called back. Sat getting haircut 70 minutes. I get a basic men's haircut that takes 20 to 25 minutes. Time out of day 2 hours and haircut cutter told me I should plan better.

Definitely would not recommend this place. Tried to get my son in for a hair cut but the older blonde lady completely refused to take him because it was “too close” to their closing time even though it was still 20 mins to their closing. And her customer service was very unprofessional!If a business is advertised as closing at 8pm, they should be available for service until 8pm.Reading all the other reviews about this salons service with toddlers makes me glad my son didn’t have to go thru with that horrible experience.

Absolute worst haircut I have ever had. I get just an easy Caesar style. I ended up with a buzz cut. She over cut around one ear by about ½". Will never go back to this location again.Service: Haircut

Very caring. Very empathetic. Had my mom elderly dog that we had to euthanize. Understood explained and was gentle with the dog. Was very professional.

Came here to get a cut and Jaden did an amazing job!! Such a great cut and an amazing person to have a fun conversation with. Would definitely recommend him next time you go in to get a service.

I had did the online check in for my husband to get a hair cut. When I had clicked on “watch wait time” it had reverted me back to the map and wanted me to check in again. Wondering if it had worked, I called and was told my husband was indeed on the wait list and to come in an hour that was at 2:30pm. We got to the Clinton location at 3:28 and when we walked in the lady told us they actually “closed at 3” and therefore wouldn’t be able to cut his hair today. Sooo if that was the case why wouldn’t you have said that on the phone when I called?? Had we known we could have went elsewhere. Didn’t know you could just close early whenever you wanted as well. Needless to say this isn’t the first time we have been let down by great clips. We won’t be trying great clips again. Completely dissatisfied to say the leastService: Haircut

Witnessed a blonde hairstylist talk negatively about a toddler getting his haircut. Had my blood boiling. I will never support a business that trash talks customers. Worst service I have ever witnessed. Will not be coming back.Service: Kids' cuts

I brought my 2 year old son here to get his first hair cut, the man cutting my sons hair was great but there was this tall older blonde lady there putting my 2 year old son down, calling him a cry baby, and saying he needed a nap, she was a real brat especially because my son is still a baby, this was his very first hair cut at a salon and the whole situation scared him. She was talking to a boy around 6 years old and telling him he was way better than my son and she even went as far to say the man cutting my sons hair was having enough. I will never come to this hair salon again. She is super immature and I am not okay with what she said about my son. I do not recommend taking your children here.Service: Haircut
