Our family has enjoyed the care that our loved ones have received while in this facility. They are thorough and have kept us up to date with any changes that were made. I highly recommend this place if you are considering needing care.

Dakota the Administrator is very professional. He got my mom into the facility in 2 days! Which was such a relief for my family since we were no longer able to take care of her!! He’s trained his staff to be professional and so caring. My mon loves him and everyone there.

I have lived and worked in the West Point area for over 20 years. My wife started out as a CNA at this facility and I can tell you this is the place you want to bring your family members! Your loved ones will not be forgotten, Family Tree has small town values, and Steele cares about people. I highly recommend them for your assisted-living needs!

I had the opportunity to attend a resident council as a part of my interactions with Family Tree, and was so impressed with the level of attendance, the engagement, and the professionalism with which the staff handled the feedback from the residents. Awesome community!

Our little building seriously puts the “family” in Family Tree. I, as well as many other staff members, have gotten to know our residents and their family members on a close level. We are always learning new tips and tricks to share with each other and help give the best care possible across-the-board. As the resident care coordinator, I get to make sure that every resident is cared for in the way that I would care for them. I love my work I do here and my residents even more!
