Wow! I received excellent service from Ty, Spencer and Cody! I have been in a couple of times and each time they took the time to really help me hone in on the best choices of hardware for my budget. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, they were very friendly, helpful, and provided some needed suggestions! The entire experience was so pleasant and productive.

They really came through for me today. I needed slides for a drawer box I just finished making out of 3/4" wood instead of the typical 5/8" or 1/2" material on the sides. None of the big box stores carry them, and I searched all over for other suppliers. Fortunately their website is pretty decent (the need to have an account to see prices is really annoying) and I was able to find the slides that I need. They have a showroom, it isn't super extensive, but they have some cool hardware on display. Definitely worth checking out if you need something.

We got there right before they closed yesterday. They gave my 8 and 6 year old boys little wooden cars just for fun as well as some Christmas cookies. They worked quickly, were friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Completely worth the bit of a drive to get there.

Good customer service. My only issue is they're half way to Vegas, LOL. Also, they had the hinges l couldn't find at the Big Box stores.

They have parts that competitors don't have and service is friendly, but service can take some time. It might take 20-30 mins for them to finish with 1 customer before you, then it might take 20-30 mins to pull up your part, and then that might not be the right part, so you'll need to waste time driving back to exchange it

Love this place! The people are really friendly and helpful. The hardest part is picking between their hundreds of choices... but it's much easier seeing the handles and knobs in person rather than online. They have great displays too.

Wurth... More like worthless. I called for my significant other for a standard full overlay hinge with soft-close and push in dowels. The woman on the other line took 10 to 15 minutes just to find the hinge and plate. I knew you guys didn't train your employees but, I figured you would have fixed this by now. I called advanced hardware supply and they were able to help me find a hinge in less than 5 minutes.

Kelly in will call is great. My only complaint is their website doesn't have the option to filter the list of available items that are in stock at the local branch. The website is improving but still needs work.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The young man at the desk was extremely helpful! He took me to the showroom and helped me to start my search for cabinet hardware. When I had chosen what I wanted he was very helpful in getting me prices, finding out what stock was available, and writing down the information for me. I had several questions about the Rev-a-shelf products they had on display. He took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they offered.
