Free rent because so many people are leaving this place. Get ready to not have hot water or a maintenance phone number. I can’t wait to move. Just a thought… Maybe look into replacing the water heater? Last year I lived in a studio at an older complex in the rougher area of west valley and I never needed to contact the office. I’d be careful about the reviews left by management.

Oh my goodness what can I say. Everything has been amazing. You know what’s awesome about these apartments, they actually talk and respond to you if you need something. I’ve lived in other apartments and you don’t hear from them in weeks. Valerie has been amazing helping me get into this place, was so nice and helped me with everything. Such a smooth process. The other lady’s were awesome too. Thank you guys! I feel like I’m gonna be here for a long time. Feels like home. Oh 1 more thing. We’re right next to Jordan landings! I mean come on how convenient is that! :)

1 month of free rent, Garage, internet, TV service, garbage pick up from your doorstep, quict responsive management team for any issues. I mean what else could I ask to make my life easy. I feel lucky to be a resident at Woodgate Apartments. I believe the whole management team is great but my experience with Valerie was amazing, she goes out of her ways to address your queries and solving your issues. I highly recommend Woodgate Apartments for your next move.Thank You

There's a lot of renovation going on at Woodgate community. That's really a mess over by the playground pool area right now. They've taken the fencing down around the community. Which really? I don't know why they did that. It was nothing wrong with it. It was in good shape, but even with the pool and stuff. They have been doing that all summer. It still hasn't been completed over there. And it's a mess there. The apartments that I've been into when I visited friends. It's been pretty decent, they're really nice. But it is a nice area overall

Wildy over priced, misleading billing and full of traps to hold your credit ransom. An absolutely horrible and disreputable company. I wouldn't do business with them ever again.They have a systemic, deliberate and highly evolved way to completely screw over the people renting their apartments.

My first real apartment and moving in was a breeze! I really needed something with class and quick. I feel that i got exactly that here. If you need a place quick or are a first time renter, this is it.Any questions, just ask Valerie. She's always on hand and was really good about texting me threw the process. After spending just a few nights, i feel nothing but solitude because of how quite things are. I'm on the 3rd tier which means I get a great view. There are a lot of trees to block out the nearby unit buildings. I have only been to the pool once. It and the people were very nice. I'm very pleased.
