It's Walmart! What do you expect? They don't care about their cuisines! They closed ALL the self checkouts!! Did they hire more people to open more cash registers? Of course not!!!

sad to see how far this walmart has fallen. it was great place to shop however, i recently went in and asked the employee of the HBA section if he knew where i can find breathe right strips. Kid, about 19-20, looks me dead in my face, and says “no”, turns around and walks away. almost forgot to mention, he had his earpods in and talking on the phone.
i remember when i worked there when i was younger, no headphones allowed and you had to at least have the app to tell customers where to find products.
shop here if you know the place, don’t bother with the useless, soon to be replaced by robots, employees.

Horrible customer service, we were waiting and were the only ones waiting to just get a screen protector but was ignored by all members as shown in picture. Not even acknowledged or told to hold for a sec, you don’t just ignore customers standing obviously in line and proceed to help other people. Either have more staff to help out or get rid of the the glass protecting the products because this is not great customer service, but I guess it’s Walmart what can be expected…

This Walmart does a great job staying clean. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Joseph and Jose who work there! They helped me find an item that I was looking for. They were genuine, kind, consistently smiled, and never gave me indication that they would complain on helping me. Thank you Joseph and Jose!

I don't want to give them even one star.
I want to start by explaining my situation. I'm 65. I'm handicapped. I can't walk. I can't drive. My husband died recently. I'm completely on my own. But Walmart takes $300 from me and will not give it back.
My debit card was shut off. I found a ride to the credit union to get the very last money that I had, $300. Then I went to Walmart to purchase a Walmart Money Card. I needed to have access to my money.
So then I came home, registered the card. And there is nothing on my card, $0.00. NOTHING! I called Walmart. Spoke to 9 different people. Nine people who would not help me. Nobody will help me. I'm completely on my own, and I get a small disability check once a month. I don't have any money. I will be paid again on June 25th. That is 4 weeks from now. I don't have any food.
I have no way to get any food. And I won't have any food until the end of June. Walmart doesn't care.
I found a ride back to Walmart with my receipt. Customer service at the Walmart in West Jordan treated me horribly and down right rude.
This all happened yesterday and today still no money. Walmart is not doing anything to help me.
I don't think anyone understands.
Walmart stole $300 from me and they refuse to help me. Or even talk to me.
I still don't have my money, and Walmart has done NOTHING to help me.
I'm sure they don't care, but possibly towards the end of June, I may be dead in my home.
Not that anybody cares.
