I am so grateful for the amazing people who work here. Today was an extra hard day. Had to print funeral services for my dad and the people here helped me so much. They were very patient and kind on the telephone and in person. I wish I would have gotten names. They deserve a raise and more praise

It sucks that they used to be 24 hrs, even advertised on the building, but they close at night.

Pharmacy was able to quickly fill a rx that I had to get transferred from another county same day even though their computer said it was a next day fill. Very kind to fit that in on a busy day.

I called ahead to make sure my prescription was in stock. It was. I had been filling the same prescription at this pharmacy for a year. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist informed me that SHE decided she didn't want to fill it anymore. No reason was given. I told her if I stopped taking them child turkey I would go through major withdrawals. We were leaving for Disney World the next day. I asked her if she would talk to my doctor and we could figure something out. She refused. I asked if there was someone in charge I could talk to. She told me no and just walked away. I was so proud of myself for keeping my calm, when what I really wanted to do was yell at her. I had heard her do the same thing to another patient before. I will never shop there again. I know it won't hurt them, but I will tell my story to anyone who wants to listen.

We used to love this store. Prescriptions used to get automatically updated like clockwork. Then their system stopped auto-refilling stuff randomly. Now my wife is on monjaro for diabetes and there is a shortage. Whenever she needs to refill it, it's backordered. They tell her they will contact her when it comes in. She finally checked in after being without for 2 weeks and they say, "We had some but we are out again. You have to keep checking back every few days." So she tried and they were rude and said, "You're on a list, we'll call you." So she waited a couple more weeks and asks about it when she's picking up another Rx. They said, "We had some..." She's like, "why didn't you call, what about the list?" And they finally say, "We only keep the list for 10 days and then bump you off it" Pretty mad at them!

What a bad experience just happened to me and my wife, Friday 04/29/2024, the man at the checkout didn't say good night, nothing, he was always serious and my wife got confused about the bag and immediately tried to stop her from grabbing it and more with an attitude as if we were stealing he treated us in a very rude way he is rude he doesn't know how to work with clients I would like to file a complaint about that

Jen the managers lacked the doors at 10:56 and when I knocked on the door and said hey she wiped around and screamed at me that the other door was open that I needed to look harder. I will be calling corperate untill they answer your rude and shouldn't be working there you also accused peiple of stealing and tried to search them then made a big deal infrount of me and other paying guests

Wife was in line just before 10 PM thinking it was open all night. As the car in front of her pulled out, the lady at the window informed her that they were closed, even though their website indicated that they were open all night. The next morning the pharmacist (who could barely speak English) again rudely walked away when she was confronted by what had happened. The people running this Walgreens are heartless, rude and unprofessional. In the future, we will avoid during business there at all costs. You should too.

You would think that after years of the store being a complete wreck, they would get some new Leadership in there.The 2 woman who are normally there during the day are unbelievable rude and have no customer service skills, and they are always out of the most basic necessities every single time you try to run to the corner store for something you need.At least retrain your Leadership on Customer Service and ordering.

The late night pharmacy open in the salt lake valley. Alas, they do not provide tests for strep throat, and could not tell me so over the phone. Perhaps I can save someone else from having to drive here to find out.

I had a prescription called in at 11:20 this morning. It is 3:48 still hasn’t been filled so I called because I’m really sick. It’s going to be another 3-4 hours. Did you forget your business model? I call and have to hear about vaccines for too long. What is going on? Staff is rude.

I've had nothing but issues with this location. I've gotten multiple responses from their pharmacists, been denied medications when others told me to come in. I can't even get answers over the phone. They tell me to come in just to turn me away. It's ridiculous.
