I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and this store could not care less. I brought my son’s defective phone in which was still under warranty to get a replacement. We were met by a sales person who took one look at the phone asked us when we got the phone and we gave him our best guess on timeframe. He then proceeded to tell us to go to the Apple Store because he could not help. He didn’t even look us up in the system to validate warranty status or account info. We left the store called the Verizon customer service and they helped us and sent a new phone which we received today. Horrible customer service, won’t be going back to that store ever. What’s the point having a brick and mortar store?

Last year I was convinced to create a Business account with Verizon at this branch due to certain incentives that were only possible with Business accounts. Of course you always get screwed and find extra charges or things that are extreme work arounds for them to tell you what you want to hear. With "promotions" that actually are just contracted fees they agree to credit back to you after charging you, and all sorts of silly sales tactics. Best one yet, we took a "Promotional" trade in credit for our old phones that were still quite new; we ended up just paying off our new phones in full about 3-4 months later, but the hundreds of dollars of "credit" our old phones were worth, we were told that credit is just POOF. Gone. They wont roll it over, and was specific JUST to the "Promotion" we had. But since we paid off the phones in full, the "Promotion" ended and our credit is lost. So we pretty much just gave them our 600$+ phones that were also paid off, for free.
On top of that, we were told that we would be mailed some sort of gift card, visa pre paid cards, or something in that nature when we opened a business account as an incentive. Upon going into the same branch nearly a year later to express my complaints and tell them we never received the "promotional" cards, THE SAME GUY in charge of business accounts we worked with a year ago told me they have never offered anything like that. And then pushed past that complaint and refused to address it.
You know what you sign up for when you use these major carriers. Hidden fees, sales tactics for "FREE" phones, and horrible customer support that act like sales people to make you get the NEXT big thing to contractually commit you deeper into them rather than help you with your current issues.
You are a horrible store, you are no better than a dirty car salesman, and FYI I heard you mocking me as I was leaving your store a few days ago. Very professional.
Go to Amazon, Buy any unlocked phone outright, and go find any of these smaller guys that contract off the bigger companies and get a SIM card with unlimited data for like 30$ a month. Do not fall for these sales tactics.

I was being double charged for an Apple Watch I barely used for the past year and a half. They’d say anything to make it be “my fault” a long the lines of “you could’ve checked how much we were charging through the app.” I don’t care if I could have checked… you guys could have done it right and done your job the first time but that’s already hard for you guys isn’t it? Haha if you go in to the store for help; they’d rather sit on their phones and listen to music on their headphones rather than help any situation. They’ll put you on the phone with “customer care” for hours while the person on the phone barelyyyy helps. It’s like you’re going in store just to end up talking to “specialist” over the phone anyways… they can’t ever hear you over the phone. I’m confused why they pay in store employees if the employees don’t know their jobs? Anyways I tried getting my $$ back or at least store credit because over the past year I ended up paying an extra $410 on an $800 watch, my terrible Apple Watch costed me $1200 and still had the nerve to say I still owed $230 on it? So of course I ask them to figure something out they tell me I’ll have to call “customer care” what a joke. They told me I’d get $120 store credit and asked where I got the number $410 I told them I did the math being that it’s my money I’m sure they were too lazy or too low IQ’d to do the math on it. After agreeing to the $120 they still only gave me $85 on store credit where the guy in store said “oh I’d definitely take that im surprised they gave you any”… being a multi- million/ billion dollar company it makes you wonder where they actually get their money from? Probably ripping multiple people off like they did me. Add on to them making millions what the hell is $500 to them? Nothing. They defend Verizon’s money like their life depends on it, as if Verizon cares about them more than their customers… to break the news they don’t care about them or their customers so why fight so hard on it… the company in whole (employees, managers, products) are filled with lies and losers. Can’t wait to disconnect my lines and go to another provider. I hope this saves someone’s time and $$

Luis was the one to help me and my husband and he was such a great help! He is so knowledgeable and made this process so much easier for me and my husband to get new phones along with helping me transfer from android to ios! The process to get our own account was so smooth.
Thank you so much Luis!

Went in and got a new phone heather was setting it up and when she was helping with the update she kept going back and forward to try to get it to update and was messing up the process she has a very bad attitude it’s like she didn’t care like “oh I’m just here to do my job and get paid” type of attitude then sense she doesn’t know what she’s doing she gave me the wrong instructions to get my stuff transferred I had to figure it out from google and YouTube videos ridiculous!

I’m pretty sure it was Tyson and Juan who were helping me and they were both very prompt, patient, and so professional. Amazing service. Also the fastest I have ever gone in and upgraded phones. In and out in less than 30 for two phones.

I can't believe that manager is still in charge. Before going, I called customer service twice because I wanted to finish paying for my cell phone and buy the iPhone 15, and they told me that if it was possible, I should only pay for the rest of the cell phone. return it and thus I would get a promotion at a lower price for the iPhone. I only had to go to a nearby establishment with the credit holder (my uncle) which I did, but when I arrived from the first moment this person told me that it is not possible and that I better buy The other, and thus having two cell phones, was not interested in what they told me in custome service both times, he told me that those from c.s do not know what they are saying when those from c.s told me that it is possible to do it only that those from establishments only want to sell, which I understand, but the way they do not provide any information or solution, are behaviors that no serious company should have, least of all one of their representatives, I will never return there again, avoid this place if you are looking for a solution to your doubts.

Matthew the “manager” thought it was an inconvenience to help my son and I upgrade his iPhone. They were closing in ten minutes and didn’t want to stay late. Avoid this location at all costs! Thank you very little Matthew.
