Customer service sucks !!! Called In to see if they had something in stock and price and dude behind phone was complete A-Hole ! Don't waste your time or $$$ there . There's other places that are better for sure !

Broken atomizer!!! Manager sold me a display model atomizer when employees was trying to give me a Manufactured sealed one! To top it off IT WAS MARKED UP 20$$$$

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The prices of all the products are a bit high comparatively. I bought a vape, came home, plugged it up to charge, and noticed the lid/cap was broken, I decided I could manage that. The next morning, I unplugged the charger from the vape and the bottom fell out. It wouldn't turn on and it was just 100% broken. It had never been used, I had the receipt and the original packaging. When I took it back they wouldn't refund me or replace the vape because it had been over 24 hours since I purchased it. I just gave them money for..?♂️ No shade on employees, they were awesome. The policies and prices aren't worth the trip.

My mother was needing a brand of cigarette not carried by the local market so I had the opportunity to patron exotic smoke shop and was met with knowledge and expertise ,a HUGE variety of smoke and vape products with great prices as well as friendly service really made my trip easy and enjoyable and will be frequenting this establishment in the future for years to come ,,,thank you for a job well done !
