Terrible. If you drop off packages. They won't scan them. Instead they'll get delayed. Almost every single time. The employees are rude. Just go to the Kearns one down the street. They are so much better there.

I’m lucky if I get some of my mail or packages. I have never had a mailman or lady miss deliver as often as this. Just this past week I had two packages say they were delivered in my mailbox and they were not there. Clearly delivered into another mailbox. You need better workers, who know how to read an address. Been here for 3 years and always losing my packages/mail. I have gotten other peoples packages and have to deliver it to them myself. That’s sad!!

Terrible customer service. I just want to talk to a person not a machine that can’t get right what I’m saying! They left me a note but won’t let me talk to a person. If you don’t give the machine the right info it won’t give you a person it just hangs up on you. And I can’t give it the right information cause it misunderstands me. I’m just trying to get info on what they meant and I can’t get through to anybody. What a joke. Quit relying on a machine that doesn’t work just to save a few dollars and hire some actual people to serve your customers. But no that might take a few thousand a year away from somebodies pocket that makes multi millions. And we just can’t have people making a few grand a year to make your company more efficient!

Lost a package and then tried to deny that they ever had it, when the tracking information clearly showed that it was at the post office.Older woman with salt and pepper hair was extremely rude and could have cared less. Will be switching post offices for my P.O. Box when it’s time to renew.

They are horrible, they stole my social security card and the manager was the worst I’ve ever seen. She was covering on the one who did it and her behaviour was beyond rudeness. I ended up filling a case with the police. Stay away from this location otherwise you are on high percentage to get identity theft.

I understand this is government run so I didn't expect anything super special. I dropped off a few letters I needed to send out and the staff inside were super friendly and helpful. Not that USPS needs good reviews but I just wanted to send some appreciation to Chris who helped me, who was cheerful and informative.
