I've been to this location several times and it's always been just okay. But the last time I was in I came in to pay off a loan and they couldn't figure out how to get my pay off amount. So now I got to go in and pay it off again because I didn't pay enough apparently.

I really like this branch. I have my business account with US Bank and this branches staff all treat me great. Very accommodating.
