Box 1 of 2 showed up today after waiting 3 months. Box 2 of 2 supposedly shipped in June and never seen it. But now they are saying another 3 weeks.. Cancelled the order and sending back. Good thing was I ordered a BDS suspension lift kit from another vendor a week ago and I received it in 5 days. They could have said that they cannot fill the order and let me know when they could..

Waited over a month for add a leaf kit. Try contacting tuff country and no response sent them multiple emails and still no response. Facebook is active tho. Terrible company with the worst customer service. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a tuff country lift off suspension connection, they told me I’d have the product within 3-5 days. I was told it was going to ship on day 4 and I would receive it today, however It’s now on day 6 and no on can give me tracking info. Very disappointed, never plan on ordering from suspension connection or using tuff country again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Product came after 6 weeks. Got the run around after the first week. Product is very poor quality. Lift kit pieces were very thin. They're going to bend. Terrible service. Nobody knew who to talk to about my order not showing up on time. Or even after that. I will never buy anything from them again. Their 3.5 inch lift kit for my 2019 Silverado 3500HD broke three sets of tie rods and their upper ball joints failed in only 5,000 miles (almost all highway use). Cost me several thousand dollars in parts, labor, and ruined tires before I took it off and threw it away. Obviously very poor research and development performed before releasing these kits. Won't buy another one of their products.
