“Joe was outstanding. We had an accident and the police called in the tow trucks. I knew the body shop we wanted to go to but the tow truck driver from the other company said they would only tow to their impound lot and if we wanted it towed to the body shop it would be out of pocket and cost $400. I called Joe at Pendletons and he was an incredibly valuable resource (and very fair priced). We sent the other guys packing and Joe took very good care loading our Audi. He clearly knew how to work with our Audi and took measures to ensure there wasn't an additional damage caused by loading our car.

“They were very friendly and kept me updated the entire time. Their estimate time was really miscalculated though. Said they would pick up within 45min then it turned to an hour then they ended up not picking up for 2 hours.It wasn’t bad though.”
