I went online to reserve a unit. I used the gate code and went to my unit. Wednesday night. Then found out it required a special key which required me to call the phone number on website. There was no mention saying I needed to do this in my website confirmation.I was able to reach someone who called me back after I left a voicemail.He stated my key was in the top box of a set of 3 lock boxes at the house next door. It wasn’t there. So I returned the next day, Thursday at 530. This time he said it was in bottom box, there were several keys stuffed inside but not my unit. I texted and said it wasn’t there. He replied that there would be someone in the office after 10 am Friday morning. I arrived at 1030 am and no one was there. I checked both top and bottom boxes and my unit wasn’t there and another gentleman was fetching his keys.I suddenly wasn’t able to send a text or call the number listed,as if I’d been blockedSo now I’ve sent an email asking for a full refund l, but I have no idea when I will get a response

Open 24 hours and with a location that has fairly easy access to bangerter highway, 3200 and 4000 West respectively. Also located very near to Jordan Valley Medical Center

Super rude guys, hung up on me after saying 'We don't answer questions like that, it's company policy'. Not sure that the issue was, I was only trying to understand if by renting at this place they'll be raising rates as my current 'Extra Space Storage' location did without notice.Guess they don't want my business.

Excellent to work with, they work with you even after hours to make sure that you can get access as necessary. They give you their cell number so that you can contact them even when they aren't in the office, and they are the least expensive we could find, but that didn't come with a lack of quality! Great place!! Would highly recommend for anyone needing storage.
