Take A Break was great in helping do a difficult spa install in my hillside backyard. Lanny Shurtleff was super helpful and responsive throughout the process even after the spa was installed. The whole team was very professional throughout.

Definitely had a great experience here! Spent way more time and had way more questions than I thought. Super helpful wish I had gone in sooner so I didn't have to spend as much time driving myself crazy trying to figure out which one to get.

I paid $13k upfront for a high end Sundance hot tub. After 3 months it developed calcium flakes. Take a break gave some instructions on how to fix it. Nothing they recommended solved the issue. I called today asking for a technician to come out and fix it. Their response was for me to call someone else to fix the issue. Even though my tub is still fully under warranty, they refuse to come fix it.Please don’t buy from them. There are plenty of other Sundance dealers to choose from in Utah.

Shopped around at several places when searching for the perfect pool table and found Take A Break to be the best! The service at this location was extremely personable and zero-pressure. The pool table expert, Lanny, went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience for my family. Lanny spent hours with me until I got exactly what I wanted.The installation guys were super professional and polite. They even came back a week later for a courtesy re-leveling after the carpet settled a bit.This pool table will remain in my family for a very long time. I will continue to do business with Lanny and this store.

I am so glad we did our research and ended up at Take a Break to get a Jacuzzi spa. We shopped around a lot and studied everything we could find online. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable, and the sale and delivery went perfectly. We realized the Jacuzzi brand was a little bit more, but the value makes it a much better bargain for the product. He has followed up with us quite a bit since we got it to see how it was going and answer questions that we have had along the way, and we have purchased chemicals from him since the purchase, at a lower price than on Amazon. We live in Cache Valley, but that distance has been no issue with how easily they are reached (He gave us his cell number). We all love our new spa and have had it for over a month now and use it every day. I feel like it was one of the best investments we have ever made. I would also add that building this pergola with the curtains for privacy has been a wonderful added value.

Hands down, some of the best customer service I’ve had. Lorie and all of the techs and staff I’ve spoke to have been great! Lorie went out of her way to drive to my boss’s home to see what was going on at a moment’s notice. She is also very quick to get back to you and to wants to understand exactly what you need. Wish there was more customer service like this at other businesses but this is one of the rare one’s that has that excellent customer service that leaves you highly impressed and feeling like they actually care. I highly recommend this business. Lorie and the staff are absolutely EXCELLENT!

I stopped in to take a break just to check it out. I’m glad I did this place is awesome. I wasn’t really looking for anything in particular. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. I walked around just checking everything out. They have a bunch of hot tubs out of course. They also had 3 swim spas on display that were amazing. I’ll be honest I did not think spas were so affordable. They proved me wrong because they are adorable here. They also give a bit of discount if you pay cash so that’s awesome. This place has a lot of fun stuff!That’s definitely what they are selling here is FUN. They have pool tables indoor or outdoor. Pellet smokers at an amazing price and good ones too they feel like they were built like a tank. They had skeeball, shuffleboard, foosball, dart boards and a great selection of pool cues and darts. This place has got me dreaming and planning a game room for my basement. Eric was super friendly and took the time to help me plan my game room for when my family comes over for the holidays this year. Great place highly recommend! Just stop in and check it out you won’t be disappointed.
