Took my ball in to get it refinished, it's 40+ years old, it took only 20 mins and came out looking brand new! It was cheap too! Couldn't be happier ☺️

When the Pro is there, they do good work. Unfortunately he treats this as a hobby and not a business as I had to wait over a month to get my new ball drilled.

Just bought a ball from Strike zone, Clay inside is very knowledge able and helped me pick out the perfect ball for me.. Highly recommend Strike zone than other shops.. I went into a few other shops here in Utah and I felt like I was wasting their time talking to them and they were wasting mine.. Clay truly helped my game

Went in to buy a ball for me. Was never acknowledged until I said something to the guy working. Then when I told him that I wanted a 12 pound ball he just said it's to small for me. After explaining that I have back issues and the 12 is what's comfortable to me, he still said it's to small. Wouldn't even look at me while talking. I walked out and bought a ball elsewhere.

Had a great experience!) The resident Professional was helpful in every way, knowledgeable, helped with on lane advice and was very courteous! Had an amazing experience and would recommend a visit to anyone who is serious about getting the best prices, knowledgeable staff and a great day!

Clay is the best! Gave us tips and tricks on our technique when we asked for advice on a new ball. Using that advice our game improved. The extra advice was really appreciated and it helped him make a better recommendation on what we would be happy with in a new ball.

Went to look for a couple of bowling balls, 3 guys were in the shop talking amongst themselves. I had to say hi to them to get acknowledged, even though they all saw me enter since it’s not a very big shop. Then after standing and staring at a few bowling balls for 15 mins, I left because no one said one word to after my initial greeting.

Great knowledgeable people BUT three people working there and no one talked to no one. First, I went up there and the salesman said my ball would be there the following day and be sit a side for me so I called up there and another person said it didn't come in ( but I learned from the original salesman a week later it was there like he said) then I spent hours there waiting for a hole drilled the original salesman said it would be done next day by 5 pm. They said they didn't have it. I personally saw it sitting on the floor in the box so I pointed it out and so they had to call him on the cell phone to ask him about it. Luckily someone stayed after to drill my ball since I drove over 70 miles to get there. No one knew what the other person was doing.

Went in looking to order a ball with no knowledge of the process. They were very helpful and efficient throughout the process. The ball came and was ready on time. The shipment my ball came in had been delayed but they made sure everything was ready as promised. I really appreciated being helped in a timely manner.
