I know very little about sprinklers and the folks at the desk have been very helpful in selling me only what I need, even when they could sell me more. For instance, when I came in to replace a head they directed me to fixing the nozzle and sold me only the neccessary parts. They were also very helpful in providing parts and assistance to my stepdad and myself in replacing a stop and waste. They provide service that is rare to find.

Unless you go in and work in person with these guys they are terrible. They never return calls and always send you to each others voicemail. Super tough to work with.

Jeff Brewster did a great job walking me through my order, and having the parts I needed delivered in a timely manner.

Today was my first visit to sprinkler supply. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable but I only needed two 50 cent o-rings for my backflow valves I was a little surprise when they charged me $17.50 for them.I don't mind a company making a decent profit but I had a hard time walking out with both butt cheeks gone! Beware!

They have anything and everything that you would or could possibly ever ever ever want for your sprinkler needs, BUT it is more set up to cater to contractors and NOT HOMEOWNERS. I was patiently waiting and was passed by multiple contractors and it seemed the place to care less about a lowly homeowner.

While the staff there are great people and very friendly, the service is extremely slow. I saw employees all over the place but I waited for about 40 minutes before I was able to even speak to someone about my order. I would recommend going to a different Sprinkler Supply Company. It might be faster than waiting at this location.

I went in with a problem with my water sprinkler valve assembly. The part was quite expensive and the staff there recommended for me to get the valve and bring it back so they could look at it. I did and Joe fixed it saving me close to $200 and a ton of time. I am a very satisfied customer and will certainly recommend all my friends to shop at Sprinkler Supply Co.
