I went in and the place was completely dead the lady was rushing me out the whole time so she could go back to sitting on her phone like when i walked in. she was paying more attention to her coworkers and the t.v. than my hair. completely ignored what i said and instead of taking 1/2 and in off my hair proceeded to take off 3. horrible never returning.

Always get a good haircut at a reasonable price. The hot towel service and scalp massage are the best.

Jackie was my stylist today. She was super fast and friendly! Really appreciate her patience with me. Jackie and I were able to speak Spanish together which is a rare treat for me, so it was super appreciated! She did a great job with cleaning up my hair and will come back, thank you!

Went in the lady that cut my hair had zero idea what she was doing and made it so my tapered sides looked awful and stick out like cow licks now.If you can't do a style just say so! I showed her multiple references.Never put up my hair once to make sure it looked good and tapered my sideburns instead of my hair?? Even though i asked multiple times for a 0 blade tapered UP, not down. Never once gave her permission to shave off half my facial hair. Really disappointed not gonna lie. Can't wait to grow this out for 6 months now.

This was about a month ago but I came in asking for some length ofthe bulk cut off and a zero on the sides no blend. The sides to bulk line was already established and was clear as day (there was no blend to begin with and the bulk was like 7 inches long), this should have been an easy cut. The lady went so far up from the back that I gotta buzz it now? I mean how do you mess that up lmaoooo. If you’re only good at crew cuts just say that. Also bring that price down, I know we got inflation but the quality to dollar ratio is rough?
