Got gas and receipt failed to print. Apparently they don’t refill the pump printer paper.
When I went to get a receipt from the attendant there was a back in 5 minutes sign
(It was more than 5 minutes)

Went here around 9:30pm Monday night. Restroom were absolutely disgusting. Only one working toilet and it was covered in piss. Toilet paper was all over the floor. The Store was pretty messy as well. I also saw a shoplifter shoving his backpack full of crap, an employee saw him and did nothing.
Product was on the floor and unorganized.
I’m giving two stars due to one really nice worker who was working on “Go Backs.” I wish I remembered his name. He seemed to be only employee there with a good attitude.

Bakery- I purchased cupcakes for my daughters birthday. My order was taken over the phone which was great, I received the cupcakes and they were incredible! Everyone enjoyed the way the cupcakes were decorated with frosting and sugar. I will be ordering these specific ones again. Thank you so much to the bakers who took care of my daughter's cupcakes on 9/10/24 you guys did amazing!

I am a very distraught and upset customer. I was forced out of the store and told to never come back for doing absolutely nothing at all. I was shopping in the makeup section and grabbed 4 items which I was holding in my hand. I came and found my boyfriend in the store and out comes an older gentleman with glasses and a grey beard whom accused me of peeling stickers off of the products. I gladly showed him all of the products assuring him I did not do what he so rudely accused me off and his response was “I better see these at my register and there better not be anything In your purse!” He completely stereo typed me so I decided I would no longer be purchasing a single item from this location, a location which I shop ALL THE TIME and I ALWAYS PAY!!
I put the items back and I walked towards the front door, all while the very rude and accusing mean man walked closely behind me. As I approached the door I turned around and stated “would you like to check my purse sir! Because I have done nothing wrong and this is completely out of line” he responded with “how about you turn around and never come back to this store again! You are no longer allowed here!”
I am shocked and completely embarrassed how the man degraded me and berated me in front of other employees and customers. He was completely out of line and had nothing to stand on In terms of his accusations. He had no right to treat me the way that he did. I believe someone like that should be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!!! I am a human being and deserve to be treated as such! Not like some hoodlum or criminal! If he treats all of your patrons this way then you won’t have many customers at all very soon!
He had no right to treat me the way he did and should I get no response to any of this then I will most definitely contact my attorney and be sure to go the legal route.

I've always shopped at Smiths, and will continue to do business with them.
The store I shop in, is less than 3 minutes from my house.
The prices and selection in the store are great, and their items that are on sale are awesome!
The Staff is always friendly and ready to assist me whenever I need them.
If you're looking for a Great place to to shop, then you too should choose Smiths ?

Love the sweet cornbread in the bakery. I'm hoping they try their hand at buttermilk cornbread. ?
They always have customer deals. If you have a card, you are discounted at checkout, and eligible for specials like I mentioned earlier.

I don’t trust this smiths anymore, last time I got stuff (2days ago) butter was expired in February it was moldy, bread also bad, eggs too??♀️??♀️
I hadn’t been back there since I saw a cockroach in lettuce last year, I always used to buy at that supermarket but the truth is that I completely regret coming back! And I don’t recommend it at all!! I already ate that bad food and I’m pregnant! I hope I don’t get sick ⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️
