"Receipt printout failed, see cashier" EVERY time I fill up here. So annoying.

These pumps don't work, and I'm pretty sure the cashier didn't give me all my change back. My one doc pepper was not over 3 Dollars.

It's nice being able to use my discount to get a better deal on gas.

Conveniently located just off of Redwood Road. It's hard to turn left out of, but really easy to turn right and head north.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I Purchased a cheap $21.00 iPhone charger I had my receipt with me and for the second time just like last the charger broke as soon as you turned the cord or as soon as the cord been a certain way very first time the cord broke so I went to go return the cord for a second time and again I did have my receipt with me and associate by the name of Nancy had a very nasty attitude very rude because I was returning my charger she then proceeded to tell me why am I bringing the charger up there again to return it mind you this is the second time well done because the charger broke ma'am she was so rude snatched my receipt snatch the cord for me yelled at my child with a cord that I was going to replace it with we're gonna go sit back on the shelf since she was being rude I stated ma'am there Is no need to be rude it's not my fault that your chargers are breaking the minute it begins barely in so instead of returning it in exchange I just asked for a refund so she yelled and said pull out the card you made the purchase with. I ended up getting a refund but at the end of the day her attitude was very nasty and I am a frequent shopper I have never been rude to her I've always been respectful she works at the money center or cash center which ever is card I don't know who's that stick up her azzhole tonight but it wasn't stuck far enough.... Her name is Nancy she is an older lad with a short bob cut.

Used the wrong months fuel points and when you call in you don't get a real live human being

Great place to buy fuel especially if you have Smith's fuel reward points. We save $1.05 off every gallon and we usually fill up my wife's car and mine at the same time.

Smith's stores are not enforcing mask wearing during this critical period of time-pandemic. I spoke with a store manager!

I'm a very frequent shopper here but have found myself shopping here much less lately because of a decline in a few things. My primary way of shopping here has switched from in store to pick up due to the pandemic. At first this option was awesome and my orders were fulfilled well and on time. While I understand the demand for pick up has increased, it's been well over 9 months since this fiasco began so by this point you would think they had gotten better at pick up orders. Sadly, this is the opposite here. Recently my orders have been half fulfilled, with poor and even laughable "substitutes." They used to send a notice of what they were offering as a sub and you could accept or decline but they've stopped doing that and just send whatever. Like evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. Not the same thing guys! Sometimes I just get weird things, like 1 stalk of celery. Not even kidding, I ordered a celery bunch and they gave me one piece of celery. The biggest irritant is no matter how early I order, they are always an hour or sometimes 3 hours late. Goodbye dinner plans. They call 10 minutes before its supposed to be ready and say they're behind. It's so annoying! I've had to turn my car around or wait in the parking lot because of this more times than I'd like to count. At this point I've started selecting an earlier than I need pick up time to try and gamble for the actual time I need it by. Long story short, I just submitted an order yesterday in a fit of hope or desperation and I guess we will see if it's my last one. Fingers crossed they surprise me this time!

They allow folks without masks to roam the store freely. No employee says a word. Some of the employees themselves decide makes aren't necessary. I live with a high risk individual, and this the closest location. Rather disappointing I won't be coming here anymore.

First of all the Smiths is not 24 hours. They definitely need to change this because people that don't have the ability to get to a grocery store during the daytime will go out of their way to drive here because it's one of the only ones that says it's open 24 hours and then they get there to find out that it's closed. On top of that the people that were there were absolutely cruel and not nice about me recommending that they should change the hours online. They said that it wasn't a concern of theirs because when Cove it is over it will be normal hours again and they didn't seem to care about the importance of making a small revision on their hours online to benefit other people from wasting time. Other than that this is a great Smiths. Definitely not 24 hours a day though. They close at 10 o'clock or 11 depending on the day
