Prices are good but their limited on what they can do, not so bad if your looking for a set of car tires. But don't ask them to put tires on a dually they don't do that. Huh.... That's correct.

I don’t even know if people look at reviews anymore, before paying for a service. But just don’t get your tires from Sam’s club. Any location. Just don’t do it. I have been thrown in so many different directions. Nobody at all is on the same page who works here. Their corporate, and store processes, aren’t even the same or connected. I’ve been sent away, on my donut 3 times. I have a warranty through Sam’s club, so I have no choice but to get my service provided here. I finally made an appointment for 5pm and it took them until 5:40 to actually come and speak to me. I just kept getting shown a finger to signify “one minute”. I can’t remember the last time that meant “I’ll be with you in 40+ minutes. I’d really like to save others

There is not much good about this club any more. Today they wanted to change full price for an item that was discounted $5 per the shelf tag, just because i did not use scan and go, the app that never works. I did use self check out though?? Different prices for different methods check out? I returned the items to get my money back. There is just nothing here i cannot get at Costco.

I've been a Sam's club member for a couple of years now. And it's best feature is the app! The Scan and Go is just like have self check out in your pocket. This location is making up dates to its freezer and refrigerated section along with bakery. I've purchased tires and that was a seem less process. Benefits of gas prices are appreciated. The early mornings or later evenings are prime for speedy fueling.

Pretty much a super spreader location. Don't care enough about their employees to require any pandemic precautions from customers.

I love Sam's Club But the electric motor chairs are at the exit door now instead of entrance.. Which does not make sense being disabled an walking with a cane its hard for me as I'm sure many others..also it says 100% full but runs out after 10 minutes of shopping so there you set!!! not being able to move...Although a couple.employees helped both myself and my daughter as her went dead too..I am suggesting please move the electric chairs to the entrance for the senior citizens and disabled... This would be a excellent consideration I am sure many will appreciate also..Thank you,,,.A loyal shopper.

I have shopped this store for so many years and I've never had such horrible treatment ever!! I have always just checked myself out to save time but this week I needed help because I had so many bulk items and I'm older and they were heavy. The cashier saw how much I had and rolled her eyes in disgust. She would not help with 1 item in my cart and seemed so angry that it took me too long to lift all the items onto the belt. I was so upset I wanted to cry but just did it anyway. Then she wouldn't load 1 item into my cart and looked so impatient. I had people lining up behind me so I was trying to hurry but my back was killing me. Because I was hurrying the items weren't placed as well as they could have been and when I got to the parking lot they started falling onto the asphalt. Kind people were trying to help me but the tears started rolling down my face. When I finally got my food loaded into my car I called to talk to the manager and he seemed mad because I asked to only speak to a manager and it took a long while for him to get to the phone. He simply said "I'll talk to her!" And hung up! I'm done with sams club. I spent over $40,000 there last year alone. No one should be treated like this. Ever. Costco has a Jew permanent costumer!

I made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted that purchased at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart had closed their service bays due to Civid. I figured since both companies are under the same corporation that they would do the job. The employee thought so too, since she had seen others get tires done that way before.I showed up and was told its strict company policy that they couldn't mount tires bought elsewhere. I said it's freaking Wal-Mart. You guys are the same company. Oh no sir! Its strictly forbidden. Id understand if I bought them at Big O or something, but this is ridiculous. You'd think that with Covid-19 there could have been something they could do to help. From now on I'll do my business at Costco.

Don’t order a cake from here if you need it by a certain time. I ordered a cake for a birthday party, I even verified the time 4 days prior. My husband showed up at the said time and waited over 45 minutes for it to be ready (noon). No apologies or even a phone call to let us know they would be behind so we could make other arraignments.
