A piece of window trim was destroyed on my 2021 Telluride while using this car wash. My vehicle is well maintained and fairly new, but Quick Quack has said that they are not responsible because the damage occurred during the blower step.
I've heard other folks say the blowers are overly powerful, so I am quite disappointed that Quick Quack refuses to take any accountability for the damage to my vehicle. Not only that, but it took more than a month to get any kind of response, and that response was a simple automated email with sort of a shrug and "its not our fault"
Very disappointing.

Quick Quack Car Wash always has what I need. The employees are super friendly, always greeting you with a smile and a "Have a good day." I’ve never seen such great integrity at a car wash. The prices are fair, and the vacuums and air compressors are lifesavers if you're as serious about keeping your car clean as I am!

I specifically drive past two quick quacks to come to this one. Construction every where, still worth it. Fresh towels and friendly service. Even learned some tricks from Josh today. 10/10

Aaron was off duty and washing his own car. There was an issue with an account and it was backing up traffic. Aaron got out of his car to help with the customers. He stayed until the agent on break came back.
