Got my truck washed just barely and paid for the $22 ex platinum wash. The young man punched everything in and took my credit card. When I got the receipt I noticed that he added himself a $2 tip so it was $24?!? I never even had the option, nor was asked. I always tip very generous when getting services like food, coffee and drinks etc... but for someone to push one button and run my cc?! This is not cool... Not sure if this is common for employees to add tips for themselves here, but think I'll just take my business elsewhere. I've been to mister car was a few times and this is the first and last time this will happen. Unfortunate, because it's a decent car cash.

DO NOT GO HERE I went here for a car wash. I used the drive thru and went to dry it off afterward. I noticed MAJOR scratches all over my new car! I went in and told them, and they told me that their car wash "didn't" do this. Which it in fact DID. I went to an auto body shop to have the scratches buffed out $3,000 estimate. I will never be back to MISTER CARWASH 1377 west 7800 south

Great car wash - the employees are very helpful during COVID with their contactless payment and the wash is good enough for what you pay. I usually get the $12 wash here. One thing I'd like to see are better vacuums and Id like to see them sell air fresheners, that would make this place perfect!

I want to give your employee Jenny a big shout out at the West Jordan location off of 7800 s. I stupidly locked my keys, phone and coat in my car while vacuuming my car. She was quick to help, offered to let me use the office phone, gave me a bottled water and let me use her personal phone to look up the number for my roadside assistance. She will never know how much her help meant to me. I was stranded in the cold and she helped me figure it out. You have a customer for life thanks to Jenny. Please let her boss know.

Good wash, but like every auto-wash, you'll never find one that is going to get everything, but for $10, it's a nice wash. I will often hit the sprayer in the wheels, and other areas to help the process.

What a great service and good value for money! I would definitely recommend Popwash, the girl who served me was so friendly and gave a good explanation of what product she used. My little car has never looked so good! I really appreciated the free coffee too

Asked for a wash and interior or car to be done. The girl who detailed forgot my roof and windows were so smeared I couldnt see through the streaks on every window...so before I left I used paper towels in my car to try and fix. she did attempt to re clean them but I quickly realised her cloth was making it worse. the inside of the car was the same...streak Mark's where she had wipe. I'm unsure if it was a wash n wax as nothing was explained to me when I got there just leave your car and see you in 40mins. Disappointed in the service but she didnt charge me $35 because the vaccume wasnt going so that wasn't done, and I paid $25 The tyres looked great . And she was friendly but she may need more training or supervision.

I don't usually wash my car until I can't see out my windows. I couldn't stand it anymore, and it's getting dangerous to drive, so I broke down, and pulled my car in the Magic Clean Carwash. I pulled in, and stopped my car, they were already vacuuming before I was able to I tell them which package I wanted. I got the "works" for $26.72. This price does not include the detail service, but does come with a tree air freshener. There is a small waiting area with coffee, greeting cards, and a few snacks for purchase. While you wait for your car to be serviced, you can see through the windows as your car passes by on the automatic conveyer belt. Well you can pretend to see it, as the windows are so covered with hard water, and soap. What's nice about this car wash is, if you get "The works" package it comes with elbow grease, and with any luck sparkling windows you can see out of. Today was a short wait day when they said your car is ready. I walked outside, saw my shiny car, and was handed my keys. I was on my way. It's so nice to drive in a clean car, it's like sleeping in a freshly made bed with crisp new sheets. Initially.... After driving for a few miles, and having the sun hit the back window just right, I can see where it looks like they have smeared the dirt around, not taking the time to make sure the window was streak/smear free. So disappointed. I paid alot of money to have clean Windows. They just gave the vacuuming a quick once over as there are still little bits of this, and that between the seats, and even a business card, I guess somehow got there on it's own. It's a lot better than when I brought it in, and I'm giving a 4 star rating based on an the average over all the times I've been here. There is a sign that says they are hiring. This would be a good summer job.

WORST service. I paid to clean interior and exterior. They refused to Clean the seats or interior doors after I paid them to. Manager argued with me as I used their rags and cleaning solution to CLEAN the interior MYself, after I had paid them to do it. HORRIBLE customer service

They damage the entire side of my mother's truck! Peggy the manager was so horrible to deal with that we had to call the police! Beware of this Carwash!!! I have never been talked to or treated so badly as here! Don't risk taking your vehicle in!!

Hands down the most horrible car wash I've ever had they're was still dust all over the truck like it never even got washed with water, the rims were not even cleaned and they scratched my rim. I asked the guy like what the hell happened but they were to worried about hanging out and smoking cigarettes to care. So unprofessional it's ridiculous and I paid for the best wash they had. I ended up going down the street to a pressure wash place and redoing it myself but this is why some people will never amount to nothing other than a shitty car wash person. They don't take pride in anything. Too bad I didn't notice the rim until later that day or I would have lost it on them and made them pay for it.

I took my wife's car in to get cleaned, passing by several cheaper places because I knew it was pretty dirty. I requested The Works which is about $25. The people were friendly, but I told them my main concern was the carpets and seats from my kids having food and drinks in the car. They said no problem, so I went inside to pay. The car was ready pretty quickly, and it looked nice from the outside. Once I opened the doors, I could see old wrappers, tissues, and other trash on the floor still. Most of it under the seat, but very easy to vacuum out if you put in even the slightest effort. It was the same all throughout the vehicle. They did not even touch the seats. There was a smashed grape on one seat that could have been wiped off with a rag in two seconds. I was extremely disappointed with the service provided for the cost. I would have been better off cleaning it myself.

I use this location a lot I come here weekly but today I think it is Under New Management the previous management was an older gentleman who was very friendly who had great customer service.Today I came across as very rude younger gentleman who claims to be the general manager I had an issue with the payment screen they've added new features to the screen, you cannot select three car washes after the second screen I chose the wrong one and asked if he could fix it he walked away and didn't tell me he was going to refund me I started pulling forward and the crossing arm almost hit my hood I slammed on my brakes and he walked up he said I'm going to give you a refund if I hadn't noticed the Crossing arm closing it would have slammed on my hood I backed up and he said he is going to give me refund I asked for my receipt and he said why and I said just because of identity theft I'd like to have my receipt with my information on it when you're done so he tore the top piece off I said fine here you go it's only the last few digits of your card anyway so now I'm skeptical to see if I get the refund I said sir you are being very rude your customer service is lacking he said why what's the problem here what did I do and then I asked for the general manager and he said I am the general manager, because of my experience today I will be choosing a new location.
