I purchased a kit from Pine Needles. It had a large print border. They cut the border fabric with no regard to where the pattern of the large print would line up to the pieced blocks. It lined up in a way that looked very uneven. I called to explain the situation and they did not care. They weren't even sorry. They said I could buy more fabric from them to fix the problem, they would charge me full price to fix their cutting problem. I found the fabric elsewhere and ordered it. Plus, the fabric I ordered was discounted. I will never shop here again.

I was so excited to visit this store and it is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with lovely products. I came in at 5.30pm when the store closes at 6pm. The cash register was already being counted, the salesperson made me feel rushed. I can't imagine the owner would be pleased with the experience/service their employees are providing. I did try to reach out on Instagram messenger before doing a review but didn't get a response. This could be a perfect store. Fingers crossed some happy passionate staff will join the team.

They have very nice lines of fabric and patterns. My wife and I spent 30 to 40 minutes in the store looking for future quilting projects. We had several projects in mind but because we were not greeted at the store and none of the salespeople ever asked if I can help you. The salespeople spend more of their time socializing with each other. We were on vacation and we like going to different quilt shops. We normally spend a few hundred dollars a these types of stores but not here. I will be going to Quilts Etc and Quilters lodge where we are always warmly welcomed

I am giving this store a 3 rating because the lovely stitchery designs and quilts. If you want help you have to ask, the help does not ask you. If brick and mortar shops want to stay open I feel they should treat you just as well as you treat them, after all, it is your money you are giving them. At one point I had to interrupt the 2 women working because they were just at the cutting table talking. I will spend my hard earned money online or another stitch shop. Disappointed with staff, not the beautiful merchandise.

Awesome, beautifully organized quilting shop with helpful staff! Exceptional selection of quilting fabrics, kits, and some needlework projects as well. Wish they had more supplies for English paper piecing but they have pretty much everything else! Always visit when I'm in town.

Lots of lovely fabrics but their pricing is odd. A yard of a particular fabric was $13:95, a fat quarter of same fabric $3:50..so far so good. Another fabric $8:50 a yard was also $3:50 for a fat quarter, I felt quite cheated and won’t return.

I always find more than I thought I needed or wanted at Pine Needles. Such a cute store with darling samples, gift items and everything for a quilter or a cross stitcher ?
