Dylan rocked it!! ?Somehow got every last piece of data back for me and saved my ace at the same time. Guy deserves a raise and I'd give him a big kiss if I could!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My work is super important to me and I thought I had lost several months of it!! Even guys who answer the phones are all upbeat and professional. This was a great experience after plugging something in to charge it on my laptop which then immediately ruined my actual laptop. (Dont do :)) THANKS AGAIN DYLAN!! Seriously--- you are so awesome!!

PC Laptops is the best. They always take such good care of me. I am far from techie and they are always patient and explain things in a way I can understand without talking down to me. Last time I was in the West Jordan store I needed an accessory and Harrison hooked me up. Harrison is my Hero!!

Had some broken metal from a usb mouse stuck in the usb port and a bent metal part on the ssd for my laptop. Took it in any they help remove and bend back into shape. They checked if the usb port worked to free of charge. Great service.

Meho was awesome when we came in to have my boyfriend’s computer fixed. Turns out the hard drive somehow entirely deleted Microsoft and the whole thing went caput. Meho quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of us right then and there without making us wait. He was friendly, courteous, and the embodiment of what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Meho!

My grandson needed his PC looked at and couldn't wait. We went to the West Jordan location. We were met by Meho who was so helpful. He cleaned our PC after he explained the problem and fixes to my grandson. It was so nice to have someone who knew his stuff and greeted us with a smile. We had such a great experience I came home and didn't waste a minute to let the world know how great Meho is. I also noticed that the other employees were quick to help customers. How refreshing is that! A big thanks to Meho for excellent customer service! Thanks PC laptops in West Jordan for creating a culture of hospitality.
