I came to this location and felt like I was being watched every second of my experience .
I only came down because my nephews birthday is tomorrow and I couldn’t get his present delivered on time.
I’m a Nike member and ALWAYS shop online because I never have time to make it to the nearest outlet to me (I’m 30 minutes away).
So yes, when I can make it down here, I’m going to take my time and look at every item.
I work in Retail, I know when you are trying to prevent theft.
And can see! That everyone is following me. It got to the point I told my boyfriend who was with me to wait in line with our items so I can keep looking in peace. I got uncomfortable and just wanted to get out but was trying to make worth of my time.
One item I liked was stained and I told them kindly I’ll still get it and this male at the desk says, “perfect”.
Like there’s nothing perfect about a stain.
If you assume people are stealing you need better precautions, like maybe approaching them first, saying “hello”?
You only got two stars because Mariana who was training at the time saw me as a MEMBER.
I won’t be coming back and will gladly travel to Lehi.

My last visit was frustrating. First, I asked the salesperson for help to find out if they had a pair of sneakers in my size. He was kind and helpful. He provided the system with the information that they had in stock. However, after a while, he returned and said that he couldn't find them, even though they were listed as available in the system. I looked at a few more and found one that was on sale. I spoke to another salesperson who confirmed in the system that the sneakers had a further 30% off, as stated on several signs in the store. However, when I paid, the cashier didn't authorize the discount and said that the sneakers no longer had the 30% off???!!! What do you mean? I told her that this was reported in the store and also by the salesperson, but she just said NO! I felt super embarrassed and paid for the sneakers to get out of the store as quickly as possible. In the end, I felt RIPPED OFF and not at all happy with this purchase.

If you're interested in all things Nike, this is the place. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful. Much of the merchandise is on sale.
