Service was very interesting I always go to lovely nails in Murray but decided to go here since it closer to me. The service was extremely uncomfortable the lady doing my nails seemed very aggravated. She kept burning my nail beds with the drill because of friction she was rushing the entire time and was rude and condescending. She left my nails super weird shaped no apex they look like cheap press ons. Definitely the last time i ever bring my business here. & I’m sure this does not matter to them but the very least I can leave my review and you can go else where if you don’t like hostile environments not to mention a filll was as much as a full set ?

I’ve been going to Lisa since 2014. She is the best with any shape (stiletto, coffin, almond, circle, square and any modern take) and does really nice French tips. She can give you anything you want. She is really nice and remembers things you tell her. She is a good listener and is very professional at the same rate.

Went here to get a pedicure before my trip to Vegas. The girl who did my pedicure cut the side of my toe and started to tear off the skin to hide it. Did not say anything to me until I started saying ow and noticed blood. She blamed it on an ingrown nail, which I knew I didnt have. She only cut skin. Didnt even clean up the blood until I asked her if she was going to before painting the nail. Now Im trying to keep it from getting infected, and its been hurting to walk ever since. Definitely going to make my trip less enjoyable. Never going here again.

I got a manicure and pedicure and they were very nice. The sweet old lady doing my pedicure was so nice and it was incredibly relaxing. Would definitely go again. She also did my nails and she did beautiful art. I asked for a nice flower and she did just that.

great service! had a pedicure and was very satisfied. the old lady was very kind, she didn't talk much but was very pleasant. the lady in the front was also very friendly. overall happy and will be coming again.

My daughter really wanted to try acrylic for the first time. French tip is super thick. Her hands are a mess. First and last time going here. Including tip, we paid $62.54.

This is my first and last time coming over here. They did horrible with my pedicure. First, rude customer service. Not welcoming at all. The person who did my nails rushed and did terrible. She scarped my feet within 30 secs and was all done my nail polish looks really blotchy!! She didn’t shape them the way I wanted them. She painted them like a toddler would and I paid 44$ never coming here again!!!

They are fast and my nails look great, but their customer service could be better. The lady that did my mom’s nails was really snobby.

Terrible customer service. An hour after my appointment my nails were smeared due to an oil they used on my feet and when I called to get resolved, they actually yelled at me. They told me to come back to get fixed at 8:00 at night on the other side of the valley but refused to offer me any refund or to fix it another day. I probably wouldn't have gone back anyway because it wasn't the cleanest place but come on, stand behind your work.

I treated my daughter and her friend to a pedicure. The cost was $183.00 then they tacked on $13.00 for TAX on AMEX. THEN I had to show my ID, and they copied down every thing like I was a crook. Treated me like a criminal because I was African American!

Lisa is amazing, she always does beautiful nail art, I get compliments everywhere I go. I have used this salon for over a year and look forward to my visits.
